Stop trying to catch a ghost in a dark room! It's all depend on MS Azure servers. They spread around the world and have different loads. Asobo is lying they can't reproduce situation. But what can they say? MS is forcing us to use their Azure engine? And remember msfs is not the Azure client only. There are many others. I believe msfs has one of the lowest priorities. That's because Asobo doesn't allowed to make a script or something to restart ATC. MS doesn't want brave simmers kick off the really VIP clients. This bug is ABSOLUTELY random. Don't try to find any patterns there.

The 0.8 solves blurred distant ground textures in TAA for me. The same time it's less stable in complex sceneries causing jerking image. Cured by turning off and back on the FG.

I use TAA with frame generation to avoid blurred gauges. Everything is good except I found ground textures are blurry at some angle from viewpoint. At high altitude its around 45 degrees. On approach it's 20-30 degrees. Maximized all settings without success. If I change to DLSS textures are crisp at any angle.🤷🏻‍♂️
