All I can say is that what you're looking for is called "Plane spotting" and What does a google search "plane spotting in MSFS" comes up with ? You could use the drone to move to your desired location Auto following an aircraft is maybe another story, I don't know if it's natively possible nor if an addon exists that would solve this but maybe in your research you'll find something suitable Cheers !

i dont understand why my DLSS version as well as preset didnt roll back, with 1.3.13.0, I'm still on 310.2.1.0 and preset K. I'm using Steam Version.

Currently, SkyNet MultiPlayer is what you described as "a giant multiplayer session and AI talks to all that are on the same freq" When you enable "SkyNet MP", you see other aircrafts and others see you. Additionally, to get the "full experience", when you enable the following options : - Live Proximity : you hear other aircrafts - Share my audio : others hear you When AI Traffic will be made available, the idea would be to have the following options : - enable both AI Traffic and SkyNet MP at the same time - enable either SkyNet MP/AI Traffic/none

Can confirm I have GAIST showing ships in MSFS2024 with the settings below : Online > Aircraft Traffic Type : Off Graphics > Sea Traffic : High Object LOD from 45 to 150 but I don't think it matters, visibility is far better than with built-in "Real-Time" sea traffic

Hey Reset XPDR, Thanks for the great program (as well as kayjay who kept it alive for 2024 for a while !) What is the reason behind Alt OLOD Base minimum being 1000ft ? could we have the possibility to set it as low as Alt TLOD Base ? Or even lower like 10 ft ?

Online > Aircraft Traffic Type : Real-Time Online Graphics > Air Traffic : Off Graphics > Sea Traffic : High (Flight Interface > Show Traffic Nameplates : On) (Optional to confirm Boats are there) SU1 Beta 2, flight around KAST, 1500ft : => No MSFS AI Aircraft are flying, I still get my injected traffic => Boats are visible and from my testing, their drawing distance seems tied to OLOD (went up to 1000 and it seems to improve drawing distance...)

I m asking because I did some tests and I think I saw some improvment but I m not sure it actually does 🥰 I should try again more thoroughly 🫣

I just cant :-) Have fun with the competitors if that is what has your preference, all I said was true to my heart about what this app brings to your flight sim experience. People are grown up enough to try and experiment by themselves.

My testimony : I m using MSFS Addons Linker to start MSFS and I set it to also launch and close MSFS_AutoFPS 4.4.5 on MSFS start and no issue so far

To get an idea of the response time, you can : - listen to the live tracker https://tracker.sayintentions.ai/ although after thinking about it there might be a playback of the conversations so maybe the response time are edited and shortened - try the free 24hr demo Since I started using SI in october 24 : 1) I was blown away by the natural way of talking to the AI, its answers and the overall flexibility. It helped me getting at ease to use my voice to talk to the ATC and ask it anything. I think my first question was asking tower the elevation of the airfield, simple thing yet awesome to get an answer 2) I never experienced immersion breaking response time, maybe once in a while there is one that takes longer than usual not even sure if it s a thing, anyhow you could put it on the controller workload. It feels to me the delay is a few seconds. 3) As I said, to fill the empty sky, SI includes chatters and combined with FSLTL, you dont feel alone. Injected Traffic is being actively working on (partners already have traffic en route, still in alpha, dont take partners just to get traffic, not worth it, partners is to support financially SI development effort) Now everyone is free to try and use its preferred ATC solution. The price is a personal thing and I m more than happy to be paying an annual sub to SI. Apart from aircraft addons, it s the best addon for my sim experience.

For the record, the latest DLSS swapper has an option in the global settings to enable/disable the overlay text showing the DLSS version+preset used in the bottom left corner of the screen. Also, I dont understand, how I can be on preset K just by installing drivers 572.16 and swapping the DLSS version with DLSS swapper ? (Moreover, it was following a Windows 10 "Reset your PC" and no use of the nVidia Inspector to set the K profile or any value to 0x1 or F...)

Before going any further, because I know the police is everywhere ;-), let me say I m now part of the "help team" on their discord server. To answer your questions : there is no injected traffic with SI (yet), there might be some things cooking but I dont really know more than that you can use FSLTL alongside SI, you'll see aircrafts moving around as usual with FSLTL. SI doesnt control this traffic. You might get a traffic alert though cause it s aware of injected traffic. To compensate for the lack of ATC control over the injected traffic, you can enable live and pre-recorded proximity chatter. That is the combo I was using when I started using SI and the illusion was ok ;-) Also, as I dont want to mislead you with my previous answer, be aware that SI shines when you are using your voice to interact with it. Aside the ATC which you can delegate to your copilot via a button or typing your ATC messages in the input box, there are other features that would require your voice (ground ops, cabin crew/mentor <- my favourite/tour guide/skyops dispatch and crew, ...) There is also a 24hr free trial of the premium version if you want to try by yourself. Happy to help !

I just downloaded the driver, installed the graphics driver only (no nvidia app, no physx, audio, whatever driver) Downloaded latest DLSS Swapper Swapped the DLSS dll for msfs2024 Enabled the debug information (option available in DLSS Swapper) It shows 310.2.1 and Preset K My graphics card : 3080Ti

MSFS2024 Beta 1 Free flight, GA aircrafts VR with OpenXR Toolkit & MSFS_AutoFPS nicely tuned Missions & ATC with Sayintentions.ai, be it IFR or VFR Best flight experience ever in a flight sim It s gotten already really good with Beta1, it was a tougher ride experience with Vanilla but still I could manage.

I switched from MS Store MSFS2020 to Steam MSFS 2024 because : - i ve been using steam for years and I know the program well compared to MS Store/Xbox app - i find the update process easier - i can install it into my steam library on D drive without experiencing the xbox "system folders" being recreated all over the place on the D drive There is a single "%APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024" folder where I can find the Packages folder, UserOpts.cfg, Content.xml, ... Only "downside" for me was that I had to set steam to launch at computer start so it could run its update before I need to start msfs. Running it on start also avoid having the steam window to open in full when you launch it manually iirc alothough there might be a startup switch to keep it minimized

Isn't the (temporary ?) solution to this to disable photogrammetry (found in the Online settings) ? You need to restart the sim for the changes to take effect.

Yes the discord has moved to the wbsim discord. You dont need to regenerate the layout.json The files are located under the model folder in the jpl_c152 that you installed in your community folder. There are two files, cockpit.xml and interior.gltf (or cockpit.gltf and interior.xml, i dont recall exactly) that needs to be edited

SI is not requiring you to switch off your firewall to function correctly, this is absolutely misleading. Your case was either a temporary fix to help resolve an issue or a user misunderstanding. We re missing some context. You should just have the usual windows firewall exceptions, what else ?

I encourage people to try the free 24h demo of SayIntentions and experiment for themselves (assuming they actually want to use their voice to interact with the ATC). Talk to the mentor if you need some guidance. Welcome to ask for help on the discord server !
