Still using MSfS2020
Stats I've heard from a few devs (not quoting anyone specifically because I won't do that), and stats (when I had them) from my own liveries are around 80 % 2024 and 20% 2020 (this is payware sales etc) I understand 2020 users still want addons, but developing a 2024 native addon AND a 2020 addon is almost double the work, as they are very different workflows.

AirframeDB: a new free aircraft reference for MSFS
This is great imo. There is a site that usually has a current list of addons but your site is better cause it has real pics, stats and informative links. If there's an easy way to add to your "Search" variables... I'd add ICAO and/or FAA aircraft type designators. For example, I searched C172 and a Skyhawk came up. But then I searched AEST, which is the FAA and ICAO type for Piper Aerostar, and nothing showed up, even though I saw the A2A Aerostar on a different page. IMO, type designator is important because you would file a flight plan using this information (vatsim, pilot edge, simbrief, batc, SI etc). Here's the ICAO's site https://www.icao.int/operational-safety/doc-8643-aircraft-type-designators/search Edit: And here's that site listing MSFS addons https://msfsaddons.com/2026/04/11/our-updated-list-of-aircraft-currently-available-for-microsoft-flight-simulator/

Welcome to the Synaptic A220 - Releases next week on the MP
It's fine for me. It's a little more advanced, maybe a slightly higher hit than the most efficient planes out there. But I like it, and I mostly avoid airliners. Plus it'll help us get ready for the ini Global 6000 ;) There are a few navdata related bugs here and there, but I've done about 6 flights so far and only had issues on 2. 1 was my fault for not installing Navigraph data, which you kinda need. Apparently it doesnt play with with default data.

First a380-800 Introduction Video Just Released
This isn't the aircraft I was waiting for but after skimming the preview video, I have to admit, ini is a flightsim powerhouse... this is going to sell like hotcakes. It looks really dang good. I do applaud them for improving with each release. edit: I watched the audio of the engine startup.... HOLY SCHNIKES! That sounded amazing. I wonder who does their sounds.

A new flightsim downloads site?
Ron off topic - will you be buying the A2A legacy? I would LOVE to have N33RH once again! That was my favorite paint from the Realair version!

FlightFX Hawker Beechcraft 800XP
This one I worked hard to make - hope you guys enjoy It also has dynamic registration so you can enter your own reg, but you must set the positioning onto the engine nacelles via the EFB in the cockpit - I think it defaults to tail)

GNS-530 #2 issue in Black Square TBM 850
I wasn't trying to scare anyone away. The interior was done by Raller and I've used it too with permission. It's just that the original exterior was done by TimHH. And Tim makes the best paints!

GNS-530 #2 issue in Black Square TBM 850
Just a side story to give credit where it's due. That amazing livery was originally made by TimHH. That guy finally did credit him, but really the paint is Tim's and it still annoys me it's the top downloaded TBM.
