My father in law has a B35 Bonanza V-Tail that I fly around a lot jumping over the Cascades to Seattle. It's amazing, but IF I won the lottery it would have to be a Baron. If I went turboprop it would also be B-200 (no type rating needed!)Paul

Well this is a continual topic of conversation around the hangars where i live. :-)From a completely impractical standpoint: I'd like any large Boeing. If that lotto gave me enough money that fuel wasn't a factor- then it'd have to be a 744, or a 777. :-)Now- coming back down to earth- I'd love to own my own jet but i just don't see the practicality. I've done some research on cost/mile factors for some startups- and turboprops win the cost/mile game by a WIDE margin unless you are flying 2,500nm+ on average every leg. Most medium bizjets are operated on 600nm legs- and their direct operating costs are 4.7x higher than a turboprop on the same segment. Then of course there are the crew-cost considerations. A KingAir B200 with the blackhawk engines would be a nice ride- but if I was going to go completely crazy- I'd pick up a nice J41 and put a luxury interior in it. But then i'd have to have another rated pilot siting in the right seat whenever i wanted to go someplace- and that can get expensive after awhile....So.... Looks like a B200 for me...Which one of you has my winning ticket? I'd like to go cash it in!
Robert, I'm hoping it's me! This Saturday 28 March, we have a $20 million Saturday Lotto jackpot on here in NSW, Australia. Here's hoping mine is the winning ticket when I buy it today.

I've always loved the 777 and the A320 so a toss up between them :) but probably the A320. And as others have said getting a full motion sim would be a good option as I wouldn't wreck a real plane lol Therefore maybe a real A320 and a 777 FFS :)

Well if money were no object and I had enough to support the aircraft indefinately, I'd have to have a Boeing 727-2XX. With engine overhauls at $750,000 each and a D-check running well over three million I'd really have to have some disposable cash laying about. Not to mention gas at 3000 PPH and an FO and engineer. And then there's the Stage III hush kit retro-fit. etc, etc, etc...For everyday flying around the European skies, probably a Falcon 50.Michael

How about the 747 in the movie Soul Plane. :( LOL

Maybe someday: Cessna 400Next level if luck is with me: PC12Money not an issue but within reason: Piaggio or Cessna Citation XLS+Money no object but still in reality: Global Express, Falcon 2000 or BBJ :(

Event description: I win BIG lotto -Purchase: A house, and full motion A320 simulator and a full motion 747-400 simulator, park em side by side in my huge house and enjoy Longhauls and Shorthauls alike in my house on Vatsim. I then start scavanging parts to make myself a C172N Simulator also. No real planes.Event Description: I own all the money in the world -World tours on personal mansion/house (complete with showers etc) A380's and ultra-luxury 737BBJ for airports that can't take the ol Bus. Large houses in all the cities I wanna do. However not sure if I'm actually flying the birds - rather hiring someone to fly it for me. Need to have the PC12 to go to the odd remote places like Bairnsdale, Victoria, Australia.

Well, y'all Horned frogs need to land every two hours to ask for directions anyway Just%20Kidding.gif.Come to think of it, I'd actually like my own personal TU-160...
Arrr mate, I'm with you on the TU-160 order for sure. After delivery I'd hand it to Honeywell and get them to strip the cockpit and refit it out with a big phat Honeywell EFIS avionics suite like in the Gulfstream G550, six screens of digital madness. Ohh yess, dont't even get me started with the rest of the interior :( Some nice up to date engines on that bad boy as well, with super-cruise technology.Keiron Force 1 :( I think I might have to try this project out on X-Plane :(

If I won the lottery I'd only buy a Cessna 172 because I'd need the rest for lawyers once my wife found out.Jeff p.
