Yeah that sounded a little odd. Still, I have seen different sources while some of them seem to state a more correct number of only 20 years instead of 28. :(

Feedback has been positive for this guy in various news sites feedback.Almost nobody blames the guy and in general are siding with flight attendants who have to put up with way too much stuff from oddball passengers.

Surely he already have his future secured with all money he will get from various talkshows and "exclusives" in other media. :(

That's not to say his behavior was correct, but to be honest I've been expecting something like this to happen. Perhaps you don't work yet, or you've never worked in the customer service industry - but once you have a large enough queue of customers service becomes less personal, and you find many more people with no character and bad attitudes. Slater's going to be fine, I doubt he'll have any issues finding more work. He's undoubtedly going to make a good amount with interviews. and 20ish years of reliability is a good name that won't be tarnished by something like this. Perhaps you should re-assess eh?, or are you going to take that offer for us to strap you to the floor for an hour of obscenities every day for the next 20?
