I think these might just make it worth for me buying the MD-11. It always was one of my favourite aircraft but never got round buying one cause I didn't like the textures at all (sorry PMDG). I think I'm going to ask for a combo 737NGX and MD11 for my birthday.

Just bought the World Airliners 1 pack last night. They look amazing except for a couple errors (black smudges) on the wing, and some texture misalignment on the fuselage. I'm sure they'll fix those things soon. Otherwise, I highly recommend them.Brandon Burkley

I don't own the MD-11 but I am hoping that McPhat does some liveries for the upcoming NGX when the paintkit is released. The difference is striking. I have the free AA for the CaptainSim 757 and they look incredible.

Not trying to start a fight here, trust me, but just curious, how is that legal to sell liveries like this? I mean I'm sure he used the PMDG paint kit atleast to help him create his kit and many other things seem to go against the standard eula, but again, just curious.

You know Dan, the same thought crossed my mind right before I bought these. I just assumed if he was selling them, then he had to have worked out an agreement with PMDG. Is this not the case?Brandon Burkley

I remember PMDG saying selling repaints is a NO NO. I wonder did he get permission from PMDG?

I agree to this. It's mentionned in the paintkit that payware redistribution of PMDG contents is nada yada.Besides this, I find this utterly ridiculous, for 11 euros you can get one of the PMDG 747XPACKS. Payware paints, give me a bloody break.

Personally, if it's not a violation, best of luck to him, but I agree that I am not outside long enough to really care too much about what I fly with. I pretty much use the same MD-11 (Iron Maiden) paint unless I'm testing a paint for someone else or creating one for others (for free of course hehe).I know HD Lee does great paints as do many of us but we dont charge. Anywho, I was just curious, thanks :)

Looks like he must have created his own specs or something. Perhaps I'll buy one, just so I can see what he did of course, and just so I can do the same for others for free :((After all, seems like that's all he did, haha - No offence)Edit: Oh well I tried but he hasn't even released any for the MD-11 yet. The big red banner that says "Coming soon" kind of tipped me off :(

You did not buy the md11 because you did not like the textures ? You missed out a lot.Ok the pmdg textures are nothing much to look at but the md11 is great.I don't think there are other addons like the md11.Not that I know of at least.Vic N.

You can download a bunch of HD paints from Lee Marrow right here in the avsim library and they are free!
