If I remember correctly Jetairfly flies their brand-new aircraft from Seattle directly to Brussels, sometimes with a stop in Shannon. I was amazed by the distance at first but I talked to a couple of pilots who said it was indeed common practice...

I would rather expect an approach to the MAX like they did with the 748...

Actually I don't think those are errors, just small differences between different versions of the plane. Just like the windowsize has changed over the years (something someone else brought up a few months ago). The NGX has been built from the blueprints of the real NG which they got from Boeing... So I highly doubt any mistakes.

Fella's this is just a problem with FSX, I've encounterd it numerous times in all kind of stock and add-on aircraft. The only solution I'm aware of is reloading your flight...

They should have some kind of proximity warning system like in cars. With those annoying *beeps*. Shame she hit the building. I was going to Le Bourget...

For those not wiling to spend 5 bucks on the IRIS F-14, there is the excellent freeware one made by Dino Cattaneo. In my opinion, that's one of the best freeware aircraft ever made.

Knowing ORBX, its going to look great. But the FPS are a little less important for them I think than for other company's. Although they do a lot of efforts to keep it high, you can't exactly call some of their scenery's FPS-friendly.

I think I know what you mean Etienne. I think it's just your eyes messing up because of the angle of the picture.

Everyone here seems to be talking about commercial planes here, but my favourite is the F-16. And second come the MD-11 and third Concorde or 747.. I'm not sure which one I like best.Ow yeah, and the ugliest, IL-76 wins that miles ahead of the rest.

That's not true... It was some exceptional flying and a bit of luck that came in to play when landing that jet in the Hudson. They we're lucky that the weather was pretty good so the're weren't any big waves etc. 'bout the A380, maybe it has something to do with the volcano erupting on Indonesia? Just a guess. I don't think it will be a designing mistake.

I think these might just make it worth for me buying the MD-11. It always was one of my favourite aircraft but never got round buying one cause I didn't like the textures at all (sorry PMDG). I think I'm going to ask for a combo 737NGX and MD11 for my birthday.

I think that everything you state here could be programmed in FSX. Actually is has been done before. But I don't know if PMDG will do this because it would take a lot of resources and time... And almost nobody will be watching his hydraulic levels changing while extending the flaps in preparation for take-off.

That sounds a lot like some kind of accu-sim system like in the A2A B-17. I must say that if the PMDG version of it is as advanced or (what it will probably be) more advanced, I'm just gon'na take my 737 up and fly her until the wings break off because of bad maintenance...

I'm flying with the G940 and I must say I'm not entirely satisfied with it. It's a pain to calibrate it and when you have everything set-up, it might still sometimes forget everything in the middle of a flight and you have to recalibrate the thing every 2 weeks....

In the Airbus X forums at Aerosoft they asked the same thing. If I remember correctly they said that to their knowledge this was not possible in FSX. Would be a nice feature though.

Hi, I searched numerous sites and topics looking for the answer to my question, but I didn't find anything. My problem is that since a couple of days the brakes can only be released by turning on the parking brake and than disengaging it with the ";". Normally when my brakes are on I should just press the brakes on my pedals once and they should disengage automaticly. But for some reason this won't work anymore. This is highly frustrating to me. I have already tried to reinstall the controllers, to recalibrate everything it just doesnt work... Does anybody know the solution to this issue? I found that a lot of people where having the same problems with the CH pedals but their trick of reversing the brakes doesn't work for me. If I do that I have to press my toe brakes the entire time during taxi and take off. My operating system is Windows 7 64-bit, I'm running FSX Acceleration and the 5.09 version of the Logitecht software.Thanks,Inbreker
