Ryan has already stated that by external testing, they mean sending the alpha out to their technical advisors. I'm sure when they do go beta there will be a sticky at the top of the forum.

The fact that the manuals are out now in my opinion means that the plane will be released 2010. Maybe PMDG is waiting until Dec. 31, 2010 at 11:59:59Taylor Oldham

Well, I looked at it yesterday and it was still "Coming 2010". There are two options which might caused it to change:1) It really will be released "soon".2) They realized they can't release it 2010, so they had to change it.Yes I'm a wiseman!

Well, I think they would argue that 2010 isn't off the table, but I also think this means that they aren't so sure about 2010 anymore.

or it could mean they are advancing through beta without problems and its on course for Xmas, dont just look at the negatives, anythings possible.

It could of been, "Coming Soon" but they worded it "Coming SOON!" To me, that would suggest real soon. I think it will be obvious that we will not get it before christmas or possibly 2011 if it isn't released or put into beta by the 15th ~ 20th of December this year. But im busy enough as it is, a few reviews to write up, and beta testing an add-on. All having a life at the same time. :)

If I`m remembering right, then randazzo said that the manuals are the last thing to do in the chain of development. :Thinking:So I`m still hoping to see the baby in the sky of 2010! :(
