December 16, 201015 yr It was an immature and cynical post arising from the OP's immature post. Am about to give up and request a refund - it's frustrating spending lots of money and not being able to solve problems. Is no one from Eaglesoft working today?"Lots of money"?? "about to give up and request a refund" Get a life. i7 [email protected] | 32GB RAM | EVGA RTX 3080Ti | Maximus Hero VII | 512GB 860 Pro | 512GB 850 Pro | 256GB 840 Pro | 2TB 860 QVO | 1TB 870 EVO | Seagate 3TB Cloud | EVGA 1000 GQ | Win10 Pro | EK Custom water cooling.

December 16, 201015 yr Very mature post, Paul and it surely helps him on his issue like the statements in the way of "Be patient, you have 30 days to evaluate." from the devs itself did. You are right, this must the way of support one is dreaming about. The only useful advises here were the ones to stay patient (without the additional whatever sense of humor) and to check the filter settings. If we agree on that, nothing is lost.Again, he was just wondering about the actual time it takes on registration and didn't blame anybody's favorite dev of something. So the protective attitude is the one to question, especially when leading to such useless posts like the one I've quoted and beginning with the word "seriously".Adam, I own this bird too and I'm quite ok with it. It surely has some things to be regarded when starting on the first few flights but it works just fine then. Maybe you can post your support stuff here if you still fail on the registration over there. So users help users, another aspect of support in my eyes. As you currently can't access any FAQs over there, a valid one too.Get a grip folks. At the time of my response about patience as you have thirty days to evaluate... the OP was already activated in our support forums. As of now he has not responded or posted?? Sheesh.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

Strange logic. As of now he has not responded or posted?? Sheesh. So where's your patience now? Interesting attitude.A good year to come and another good one to go then. For all sides I hope. Lets keep focused and stay on the logical side of live. :wink:I hope he's running his bird soon as it surely is a fine one, no question. As said, good support and good products don't share the same cup of tea.

Ron, please keep it fair! When you made your first post it was nearly 10.00pm in the UK and when you made the above sarcastic one it was approx 3.00am in the morning in the UK.Ron, you won’t believe it, but during these hours many people are indeed in their bedrooms sleeping. So maybe this explains, why the OP hasn’t posted yet in your forums.Wolfgang
