Externalities and the NGX

But moving on to bigger and more complex airplanes such as PMDG/LDS i found that i used the autothrottle alot until very late in the final because of the limited realism of throttles, which doesnt move and make it harder to "pick up" where the autothrottles left the power, when disconnecting A/T.I guess relying alot on the A/T to control the power limits your control and prevents you from using the throttles to control pitch, you only have control of the yoke when A/T is engaged, afterall.
Almost all airlines and airliners leave the A/T connected till right before touchdown. The only exception I know of is Hawaiian and their 71s they disconnect it at top of descent because the A/T can't keep up with the inputs of the autopilot. They will keep it disconnected for the whole descent. It's also hard because you can't hear the engines at all from the flight deck so they do reference the EAD a lot.

Its easy to fix this It s only painting. But i have see many bugs in the exterios fuslage but i am silence OK? I want a perfect B737 NG no bugy B737Ng PMDG . I think its better one Month longer developmet and its perfect , befor you release a bugy produkt.:( best regards
Gosh, PMDG are only humans, and as humans they make mistakes, You should not force them to make everything to YOUR Specifications, what else do you want? It's a simulator there are Limitations, you cannot get everything into porportion, make a 737 see how it turns out, see if it's easy, they have alot to deal with. They are working their hearts out for you and now your Being ungratefull, You should be lucky they spent the time to create this majestic bird and stop arguing about MINOR problems, okay maybe it isn't in proportion, Big Deal Do you go over Every Single Cell of paint, every single rivet on Your simulator? At your speed you won't be expected to buy another product unless it Is an exact 100% replica. But guess what? It's never going to happen this IS the closest you'll get to 100% in a while, just accept it and move on. I know failure, it's horrible, But it's even worse when someone still pushes you to get 101%. There are limits, one must know how far to go.dry.gif One flaw does NOT make the product buggy.Anyway, as we were talking about flight dynamics... Has one ever realised on approach there are drops, vertical drops that occur? Can someone explain what they are?

I am waiting for someone to say they are going to report PMDG to the BBB if the emergency lights are not made 100% realistic.

LOLLooking at your profile picture, is that the Stig from Top Gear? I have been a Top Gear fan since I moved to London. I am now back in the US, but I still watch it on BBC. Imagine the kind of comedy we'd get if Clarkson was on this forum! lol

No, he'd complain it's under-powered. James would nit pick about EVERYTHING. Then he'd go about naming the rivets. Hammond would side with us and call Jeremy an idiot when he tries to switch the engines with RB211s.

Avid top gear fan here. I wonder if we could get two stigs flying the plane??? Given that there is a stig farm.

lol guys!Had no idea that we had so many top gear fans here! Speaking of which, do we know what airfield their track is at? There is a 74 in the background always. I assume that the airfield is inactive seeing as they use the runway to drive on. It is amazing, the US top gear doesn't even compare to the British version. Quite like the office IMHO.

Yeah, they need to redo the PMDG test paint to include this. Big%20Grin.gif

That 747 was in the movie "007 Casino Royale"... Pretty cool.
Given that there is a stig farm.
Luckily, Stigs grow up very quickly!

I agree with this they should bigger. plus they are more round on the PMDG 737 but are more rectangular in the real photo.
