Well it's all quiet on the western front. We haven't had any updates or seen any new livery screenshots in a while. It doesn't seem like the devs are commenting much on the forums either. This is what it always felt like in Iraq before someone attacked us. Reeeeaaaalllll quiet. I feel some big announcement coming. All the screenshots and movies we've seen lately have looked extremely polished. They might even be in wide beta. It got really quiet right before Robert made the "exiting the cone of silence" announcment that it was in beta. Heck it doesn't even feel like many of us are talking on here in the last few days. The calm before the storm. I think we'll hear something good tomorrow for sure :-)Hiram Hunt

With all due respect to Robert, that "exiting cone of silence post" is yet another marketing miscue on PMDG's part. The way Robert has posted over the last half year is not exactly marketing 101. I fully expect Ryan to vaporize this post as it is not a really excited user speech. However even Robert has admitted as much. Not bashing how long its taking but the numerous posts from Robert that never panned out leaving many disappointed.

Boy, people sure do get worked up on these forums. One can hope we'll hear something shortly, but if not, so what?
