Yet, PMDG still exists and seems to have a pretty strong reputation. I think PMDG customers are a strong base and they know the quality PMDG will deliver. Even if they're complaining, most (if not all) of them will buy it. I don't think that lack of updates during the pre-release period will be a solid enough reason to prevent people from buying the NGX when it's released. I can't imagine somebody thinking "Hey, they didn't communicate enough, why should I buy it ? Well, I won't, that'll teach them to take care of us".For the record, i'm not saying they don't take care of us.Moreover, if we apply what you're saying, whenever a few customers start asking for release, PMDG should release no matter what ?In my opinion, this kind of theory leads a lot of companies to over-promise and under-deliver... which leads to bad reputation, loss of trust, lack of customers... !We should instead thank PMDG for their dedication to the quality of this product ! Every day the plane is in development costs them money while not bringing any cash. you still have to know where to draw the line, sure there is a lot of cars and trucks but there is also a lot of car manufacturers and car dealers too. Some people are just jerks and they want to beat you up, those people are better off driving a brand X car or truck and haunting your competition. It's the same thing here but a smaller scale .. One or two lunatics is not going to make or break it even for a company that caters to a niche crowd like PMDG Look I understand how this product was supposed to be released last year, but you have to understand PMDG has made a groundbreaking plane here, I think it is pretty obvious this is not a average add-on. To me that is worth the wait. If you want to by some ho-hum add-on that was rushed to release and is average then there is a option out there for you. With that said once the NGX is out you will want it and you will most likely buy it because there might be other 737's but none of them will come close to this product. This is why I got pounded on in the main forum for calling some of the complainers frauds.. we all know these people are going to buy this plane, anybody who takes the time to read and post on a flight sim forum about a add-on that is not released is hardcore. and if your hardcore about this hobby this plane is a must have. So can we please stop with this crap... We are all going to buy this plane.

By this quote I have said my final words on this. I will cheer any word out of the PMDG development team. ANY word. If it's released in a month, two months: fine. So be it, I will love it nontheless, there are enough planes to fly in the meantime.

Vangelis hasn't slept in two days right now, I'm on 4 hours of sleep at the moment and the rest of us are all operating similarly around the clock trying to solve the issues the beta team has dug up. Give us a freaking break.In less than a day 40+ rule breaking posts were made in this thread alone. This is ridiculous - if you can't participate without breaking the rules you are not welcome here.

And I thought I had it bad at my job... Get some sleep guys! A couple more days/weeks tacked onto the end is far less likely to hurt anyone than severe sleep deprivation.
