Since the new forum upgrade I am having issues signing in. When I click the sign in button nothing happens. I was able to sign in thru the AVSIM online page and then select forums tab and then sign in. Then just now when signing in I got a AVSIM.net driver error, but eventually was able to sign in. Is there anything I need to do on my end to sign in? Jim

If you use a bookmark to get to the forum try deleting it and making a fresh bookmark after you have signed in successfully.

Try deleting the cookies for AVSIM in your browser.

I don't have the forums bookmarked (I do have the main avsim page bookmarked) and deleted cookies but still can't sign in. The only way I can sign in is if I go into one of the forums (like the help using the avsim forums forum) and sign in from there. I am using Windows 7 home premium 64 bit if that makes a difference.

Same problem here. Using Win7x64 and Firefox 5.0.

You are correct, I want to say (from my limited coding experience) this is a javascript pop up as it doesn't open a new window, rather it opens up a prompt within the current window. I can see where maybe some configurations can have an issue with this. Try adding forum.avsim.net to your trusted list? I use FireFox on Vista 64bit and had no issues (even with no security exceptions made in browser).

Go into the firefox cookie manager and delete anything related to avsim, both .com and .net and see if that clears up your problem.

Hello, I have the same "problem" , I found a Bypass : I select FAQs , I receive the window, I select "login" and now I can login ...I cannot explain why but it works that way with me ..Win7 Pro X64
