In my picture, they're operating in the LNAV/VNAV mode, but they operate just like a "traditional" LOC/GS scale. You can just barely see the white stubs of the Actual Navigation Performance (ANP) Bars in the picture, which will close in from out the outer edges of the scale as ANP increases (worsens) toward RNP. Sorry for the ridiculous JPEG compression...the original shot is 1920x1080 and CRISP.

As in ON the PFD. :) ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
August 3, 201114 yr Here's a slightly better look at the NPS scales just after departing the TOD: Oh, you meant "below and right OF the ND"..I thought you meant "to the bottom right IN the PFD". Yes, thats just the RMI.
August 3, 201114 yr Thanks for the shot Nick, I hope I can make one of those in 24 hours Regards Best regards, happy flying, Wallace
August 3, 201114 yr IS that NPS a customer option or can it be turned on and off? I have seen it in real life on the Boeing 777. Regards, Harm Swinkels
