August 10, 201114 yr Author "Can I set the inspector as you did?" sure just try it if it does not work for you put it back, make sure yoiu take a screenshot so you know what to change it back to, are you using frame limiter and the ******* fsx.cfg file tweak ? Rich Sennett
August 10, 201114 yr Commercial Member Just warning you, that mode uses a ton of video memory - it nearly saturates my 570. I tried it back when people started talking about it and also thought it looked too "soft" - you really start to get the scene blurring a lot with that much supersampling going on. August 10, 201114 yr I did have this setting for a while, but dropped it down to 8Qx2 multisampling again to try and squeece better performance. (i have a 1 Gig GTX 460).So what was NICK saying about 8 times again?? just point me in the right direction...and I am using the brand new 280.xx whql drivers off the NVIDA website - seem ok except they loose the plot ocassionally and then recover - I note they are more crisp and seem sharper than previous drivers... Thanks
February 27, 201214 yr Wow! I put my settings like he shows here in the screenshot and FSX has never looked so good. It's almost like I got a new pare of glasses. Everything is so sharp and clear, yet my sim is running very smooth. Robert Yunque
