Which plane does Alaska deserve ?

Featured Replies

One with enough range and speed to do HI -> AK too :)
787!! :Big Grin:

As I posted in the other "similar" post... I want a Beaver and a Twotter (Twin Otter). Both with Regular/Tundra tires, Skies, and Floats. I want both to have a GPS (even a small hand held would be fine) and a "basic" AP (auto pilot). Oh, and I want them to have a "visible" representation of a co-pilot (preferably female - sorry, I like women - sue me!) And, it would be GREAT if the co-pilot could take over the controls for when I need a "pee" break on long trips!

HelloExpect the FSX Beaver to be given an update and added to Flight!, It worked for the Maule
You could be right; and/or an updated FSX Grumman Goose.

HelloGood call, Alaska + beaver @ $30Goose @ $15Floats and Ski's + 2 repaints for your Maule @ 7.50
Something must be wrong with me, but when I read this, an airplane is not the first thing that comes to mind. Shame%20On%20You.gif
Maybe I wasn't talking about an airplane.

A Boeing 737-200ADV with Gravel Kit for rough field capability! :LMAO:

My vote would be for a BE-200. Jet powered, fast (compared to a prop), can carry alot of stuff, and land on water.....Russia is not far from Alaska.

So long as it has a sperry 177, my arms are getting tired with all the stick and rudder flying. It is fun but I miss a good autopilot.
