Flight is the most popular "sim"

Featured Replies

I apologize if this is viewed as ###### spam or whatever but this is a snapshot of Avsim (I've edited out the irrelevant forums) @ 00:12 UK timeIt tells me that there are roughly twice as many people interested in Flight as there are in FSX.

Ehh. I'm a huge MS Flight fan but I can see this thread going south fast. The term `popular' is subjective to the individual.. Anyways.. Back to flying I go.

ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING / i9-9900k @ 4.7 all cores w/ NOCTUA NH-D15S / 2080ti / 32GB G.Skill 3200 RIPJAWS / 1TB Evo SSD / 500GB Evo SSD /  2x 3TB HDD / CORSAIR CRYSTAL 570X / IPSG 850W 80+ PLATINUM / Dual 4k Monitors

Hmmm - Wasn't FSX released 6 years ago? Anyway thanks for sharing.Cheersjja
I don't see this thread going south and to add to the point this means all areas of the community are watching Flight (which hasn't happened in six years). The FSX forum had the most traffic trying to hunt down the latest tweaks or ask for performance help. Now everyone is either openly or secretly hovering around the Flight forum, some ashamed to admit Flight is actually quite good... :Secret:

FS2020

Alienware Aurora R11 10th Gen Intel Core i7 10700F - Windows 11 Home 32GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super OC 16GB - Pimax Crystal Light VR

That number has huge variance; earlier today is was almost equal, it is not statistically correct. We will see in a couple of months. To each its own.Anyway I am also enjoying Flight a lot.

Time, is the one thing no one can buy.

I dittybop between both forums, along with a couple of others in the hardware section.Although I will admit I have spent more time in the Flight forum since it's release, obviously because it is new and we are discovering new things.

Simply confusion? Just as the game, the Flight forum has very little content. Post,, case and point

Um, I'm sorry, but by your definition, PMDG is the most popular "sim"That was some very creative math leaving out the

"irrelevant forums"
Care to take the rest of your leg, foot and knee out of your mouth now 1.gifActually as of right now there are:PMDG 65Flight 51FSX 45FS2Crew 28Considering the majority of FS2Crew and PMDG are there for the NGX you can safely assume it is more like:FSX ~130Flight 51Any other brilliant ideas ###### :LMAO: (hey you called it yourself, you knew exactly what you were posting...)

And there it goes....
Well with all due respect, the OP posted absolutely ridiculous bogus statistics and then Dillon formed a bogus conclusion based on bogus numbers... Hmm, see a pattern here?So if pointing all of that out means "there it goes" well then "there it goes"...The ###### comment was made in jest, the OP KNEW it would be viewed as a ###### move to even start this thread hence the reason HE brought it up in his OP.

I would normally have some fun with this thread, but I have lost interest to the point that I will just say, have fun with this sort of thing. You have another week, maybe.Just FYI, I checked the boards very early today (ET) and there were twice as many people in the FSX forum than in here. I guess it just shows how excited the world outside of North America is about Flight.

I'll say to you all what I used to say to my daughter (when she would begin to act up at bedtime), "Don't make me come up there!" LOL! Be good!!!
