April 4, 201214 yr Wow! Thanks for that. I live in the Lower Mainland and flightsim around here a whole lot. I owned the orignal Vancouver+ for FS9, and looking at the screenshots, I have to say that it looks great. A must buy for me! April 4, 201214 yr I am inprocess of reinstalling FSX so got a little excited when I saw this until I logged into my account at FSAddon and realised I don't own it. It is Tongass Fjords I purchased in the sales last Dec that I own! Thought it was this as I haven't installed Tongass yet, So many addons that I don't even know what I have anymore. Maybe in the future then.....
April 4, 201214 yr This is the first piece of non Orbx scenery I've bought for yonks. Is there a special knack of installing it or shall I just bung it on? The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
April 4, 201214 yr Author it's the easiest install i've experienced, and it automatically deletes any earlier version.............by the way, i'm so impressed with the response here at avsim... i mentioned this on a couple of other sites, one of which i frequent, and not a blip.....hmmmmm maybe it's time for a change :)
April 4, 201214 yr Speaking of a well-known area, when I had Vancouver+ for FS9, I could easily identify from the air (and fly over) my mom's apartment building in Vancouver, my brother's residence in Richmond, and my house in Surrey. Think I'll buy version 3 when I get home from work tonight. Joel Murray @ CYVR (actually, somewhere about halfway between CYNJ and CZBB)
April 4, 201214 yr This is the first piece of non Orbx scenery I've bought for yonks. Is there a special knack of installing it or shall I just bung it on? Suggest Orbx PNW patch V5 first! Bert
April 4, 201214 yr I did just 'bung it on' but fortunately I installed 005 patch first. :Whew: The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA

April 4, 201214 yr I'm not seeing the new version for previous owners on SimMarket. Let's hope soon. :) It's there Cody...Just sign in to your account and order the new version as if you're buying it for real...your cost as shown will be zero. Once the transaction is completed, you'll be able to download the new version at no cost. Almost forgot...of course, you have to have already purchased the original from them! April 4, 201214 yr Thought it was this as I haven't installed Tongass yet Excuse the mild hi-jack, but... You have Tongass and haven't installed it yet?! Do IT! Especially if you have Pacific Fjords. Several of the airports in Tongass are payware quality all by themselves, and the region fits like a seamless glove north from PAKT. Back on topic, thanks for the heads up. Looking forward to adding this and doing some sight-seeing flights. Scott
