I see you already pulled the goods out of the boxes! It's so difficult to stop and take pictures during a new build. You will be among the many singing praise to Sandy Bridge by the time you're finished. It's simply amazing!
I will post more pics soon...just tryin to test the UEFI OC.....it booted to UEFI using "Turbo 4.8Ghz" mode and posted 1.36v....not a bad start.

Very nice, love that white 600T case, and the build is very neatly done, wish I could have got mine that neat. Mark.

As promised, here's my rig aka "Stormtrooper".....

Nice rig. I have that same action figure. When I did my build the guys told me I inverted the cooler. So I changed it. I believe the tubes should be on the bottom of your rad rather than the top. WRONG:openbox.jpg RIGHT:comple1.jpg

Hi Ryan. Corsair techs have ensured me that is doesn't matter. Since it's a closed loop anyway, I'm inclined to trust them. Not only that but when I turned my rad "tubes up", my hoses had to make a tighter bend. Not only did that worry the bejesus out of me, but my highest core temp actually showed 4 degrees higher under stress test (presumably from the tighter angle of flexing). I'd say put it the way you think looks best, and test temps under load. As long as your not hearing gurgles from air passing through the system, you're in the clear. Mine did make noises while I was reorienting it, but a few light taps on the hose/rad/pump worked all of that out.

No pictures yet. But I must say, in appreciation of one great, fantastic guy, Spirit Flyer. He has influence in my enjoying FSX to the greatest extent bar none. I say hats off to Spirit Flyer for the massive energy, time, and love he has shared with this community, and others, sharing his knowledge, passion, obsession and kind help. Every time I turn on FSX, I think of his personal influence in getting my rig running top notch. Sometimes a guy deserves a pat on the back. Thank you Dan for those very kind words. I hope your new FSX machine provides as much enjoyment for you as mine has for me. Kind regards,

Ah yes, another 650D owner! Isn't it a great case to work with?! Looks good Mark. Ivan, I will be interested to hear what you're temps are while running prime95. I'm at that fork in the road where either I'll go with an h100 or I'll go custom water. As cool as SB is and considering the next step is 22nm, I can't imagine anything more than the h100 being necessary unless I was going to put a hot GPU under water as well.
I was sort of put off the 650D because of its airflow. Thats why I saved a tonne and got a HAF 932 Advanced. For only $180, its great.

The corsair has pretty good airflow, but the HAF 932 is only beaten by the HAF X. I must admit the HAF X is a good looking case but that corsair......wow.
