I have it too. Allows me to fit in much better if I find myself in a big Mustang/Zero jamboree in multiflyer, and its good for just brutally powering around over a buzzing airfield melee. Not good for stunts at all, since none of the viewing angles are very helpful. Also, in fog, the lack of instruments to help orient yourself means you are pretty much an instant deader.

Hello

And that is why MS have hit a home run with this title, Folks are just LOVING these aircraft.

Really great to see all the joy these external view models bring to folk.

3rd party developers have been on the wrong track all these years, who would have thought it.

I don't think so... 3rd parties did/are doing a great job supporting FSX, Xplane, Prepar3d...

Those of you lucky enough to have all of those simulator games together (and probably a few more...) have good resons to feel in the heavens... After all you can "jump" between them and get the most out of each.

I am more than happy with FLIGHT, just as it is, and Condor for my virtual Soaring...

Amazing!

If only there were some way to fly a plane that is equipped with a cockpit from an external view...

Some would say it was even better if you could do it for the same money as a cockpit-less plane...... Money%20Eyes.gif

I love the Zero too, and definitely will get the P-40. I try to ignore all the negativity.

Excelent Luis :-)

Everything running smooth as silk!!!!

My GamerTag also changed today... "Von Queca" is the portuguese for "Von Fu@@", you know.... not really very nice... and I am no longer 15...

You can now find me, and mi poor performance figures (although I lost most of the challenges I did before, but no problem...) under the gamertag "jcommFLIGHT"

How could possibly someone enjoy a cockpit less plane?. The more I try to understand it, the more pointless I see it.

So you just see the plane from external view all the time ? seriously?.

It's not negativity, it's simply I don't get the point.

I am almost done with Flight, at least until Alaska comes out. I'll see if they release a plane with cockpit but if not, there is no way I'll buy it.

Free mind, young attitude.

Windows 7 is great, you'll get used to it. And it's great to see someone having so much fun with Flight! Keep up the good spirit!

I have to agree, I don't understand, but "different strokes for different folks".

But that is the point. Those who absolutely cant stand vc-less planes don't ever have to buy one. Those with other ways of looking at the issue are free to choose otherwise. It takes all kinds to make a world.

EDIT: TracyQ beat me to it.

In the same way someone could love doing an trans-atlantic flight with autopilot enabled.

Something I would never find remotely interesting, yet you would never, ever catch me on the FSX forums asking why MS put the feature in.
