Hello, one issue I'm having with this excellent aircraft is that if I select it in the start-up menu, when FSX loads the prop is spinning. The engines are not on, but the prop is spinning and nothing I do seems to stop it. I can still start the engine ok, and if I subsequently shut the engine down the prop will stop.

If I enter FSX with the aircraft from my default flight selected, then switch to the Legacy in game, no issues.

Anyone else seeing this or have any advice?

Yup, this can happen to many addon aircraft if you do not first load a default. In our case it is FSX trying to over-ride our custom start up coding. Here's a painless solution: Go to your FSX/Controls/Assignments menu and assign a key or button to "AIRCRAFT(reload)". If you get the spinning prop on loading, just press the reload key and the Legacy will instantly reload (2 seconds) with the correct engine/prop state you chose in the config panel.

Will do, thanks Rob.

I haven't made the purchase of the Legacy yet, but I'm curious what users are doing with the Accu-Feel and EZdok camera addons. I know effects can be used together, but is there a consensus as to what is best with this product? In other words, using the Legacy sounds and effects only, or has anyone found a good balance with the other addons that has been posted somewhere? I realize I could experiment endlessly, but am hoping for a more direct route to optimum use.

I can't comment on EZdok since I don''t own it, but i would humbly suggest that you really don't need to use Accu-Feel with the Legacy.

RealAir did everything right about with this product, and the sounds and effects are spot one. Actually, I would argue no one comes close to what they did aside from A2A.

But if you got Accu-Feel installed, it won't hirt you to play with the settings and see what you can achieve.

I wish that all manufactures would include an EZDok profile for their planes, and came here looking to see if this plane included such.

Just bought it and flew a 115NM leg in the PNW. Annette Island - Kitmat. What an amazing experience. This is the best GA plane I have ever flown in a sim..PERIOD! The sounds are spot on, as is the overall feel of flight with this plane. I have flown only one low wing in RL, but I have to say the "feeling" of flight is really there. Things are getting good.......FSX continues to grow and mature. I really feel like this sim is just starting to stretch its legs. Thanks Realair...I never thought you could match the perfection that was the SF260, but you have....and then some. And did I mention how beautiful the plane is! Stunning lines..
