Apple vs Samsung

Featured Replies

Hi gadgets fans.

BEFORE buying new, DO read A LOT on the net, about the

**short** PROGRAMMED OBSOLESCENCE of these new gadgets ! !

It is a SHAME ! ! ! And Samsung could be the worst ! !

Blue skies.

I've had my Samsung for two years now and it still keeps working. I just got another ICS upgrade the other day

Hi C-Jean

Would you be so good as to enlighten us perhaps with a couple of valid links?

I am, by nature, one that questions and does not accept mainstream. But I do love reading about corporate obsolescence, if only to protect myself.

Cheers DB

Hey Y'all,

I don't like being jammed in the middle of a crowd all rushing in the same direction, so I bought an RIM Playbook, and love it!

Kind regards,

It is MORE interesting reading the "fan-boyz" versus "fandroids" comments justifying their purchase decisions - much like the PMDG versus CaptSim fan-boyz

Everyone to their own. Cheers DB

^_^ I can tell you... the Commodore Amiga is a LOT better than the Atari ST. :P

Back to the topic, I'm still using my 6 years old Nokia N70. When will Nokia start selling Android phones ? :(

Mac users are freaks, sorry. We all should drop support for such a narrow minded company.

Why? because you say so? Why do you have such a colossal problem with people not liking what you like? Do you really believe that when push comes to shove Samsung and Google are less greedy and power-hungry companies than Apple? Do you think that when Google started offering people several gigabytes worth of email space for free a few years back it was for the benefit of humankind? No, it was for the long-term benefit of themselves. To make loads of cash. Don't you think we should all drop support for such a narrow-minded company?

(I don't have an iPhone or a Mac btw.)

What I mean is that post is from an admin! Doesn't such say it all? No wonder of the outcome when the jury consisted of such people...

A guy who runs a forum has an opinion which to my mind seems to be based on experience from both systems. So what? And it's a Mac forum by the way...

Do not, however, get me started on the absolutely appalling and unforgivable 'could of/would of/should of' error. Any native speaker of English using those forms should simply be ashamed of themselves.

Damn right! Everyone knows it's coulda/woulda/shoulda..

:P
