I use Tapatalk and it has always been fast.

Still very very slow for me, slowest site on the internet out of the many that I visit.

I have been sending Tracert results but the last hop has never been less than 90ms for a long time now

 

From a moment ago and I doubt if it will get any better.

Thanks for the report mad dog. It's no longer a matter of looking at tracert but possibly coding conflicts. The lag, after analysis, is actually a "waiting" stage in the php scripting. The connect, and download rates are flawless.

 

Thanks for being patient with us while we try and pin point a solution. The speeds are much better than they were two days ago, but we will continue to troubleshoot.

Do a tracert to forum.avsim.net; this is the actual forum server. My last three:

We are removing and replacing modules to see if specific ones are causing disproportionate delays. Every time we pull a mod or re-install it, it has an impact on system responsiveness. So for the next couple of hours you are going to see time outs and increased delays.

We are midst of doing system updating, trouble shooting etc. System response times as a result are all over the map. Do not post Tracerts or pings right now because they are meaningless, other than to prove that we are working on the system.
