Paul,

You have to take your rig with you to college! There's nothing better for studying in college than being on a really long flight. You're captive in your room. There's not much else you can do other than study and check your instruments every once in a while. It's been a while since I was in college. I used to take off with my Commodore 64 flight simulator from New York, point it at LA,  and just let it go while I pulled those all-nighters studying.

Good luck in school!

Yeah, I'll have it with me regardless... i'll just have to make time for flights lol

What if its crap! Just say it all looks great in screen shoots etc., but then it turns out to be a xxxxx. what then? Its happened before MS released FS9 and that was great but then they released FSX and that was a pile of puke. Every cutting edge company eventually does it. They release a product that doesn't meet expectations. Its called cashing in on reputation. I bet that is what they are afraid of. RSR; "What if they all notice that it is just not as good as the NGX. What will we do then?". Yes that's it, they are working on the spin. Why is the T7 not as advanced as the Majestic Q400. Has PMDG lost its Crown. Well see RSR well see. One way or the other you will be laughing all the way to the bank. LOL

You got no idea. Do you OWN the NGX by PMDG?

He's trolling no one could be that naive surely.

At first I wanted it released ASAP, but now I'm kinda glad I've had some time, as I just rebuilt my 6-year old AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+ with a GeForce 8800 into a i5-4670k with a GTX 680 and a SSD!

Given that I got used to pretty low quality settings and sub-20 framerates, I plan to be blown away once I get GEX/REX/ASX installed, optimize FSX, and overclock my processor!

Given that I'll be finishing up optimizing this week, I'll guess that the 777 will be released this Friday, because the world revolves around me, obviously. B)

Sorry if this has already been answered, but what is a "PMDG"?

what is a "PMDG"?

No one really knows.  We have yet to spot one in the wild.

I'm still hoping for a Aug 21st release, since the image on the calendar is showing 777 on the plane's tail. 7+7+7=21. Please let it happen.

ASUS ROG Maximus Hero XII ▪︎ Intel i9-10900K ▪︎ NVIDIA RTX 3090 FE ▪︎ 64GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro ▪︎ Windows 10 Pro (21H1) ▪︎ Samsung 970 EVO Pro 1TB NVME SSD (OS Drive) ▪︎ Samsung 860 EVO 2TB SATA SSD ▪︎ Seagate 4TB SATA HDD ▪︎ Corsair RMx 850W PSU

Well if it won't be this week it should be next week unless they found some major bug that we don't know about, or the Boeing calendar bribe rumor is true lol
