For the people yelling about them not acting on the spot on forum posts, take a look at the order numbers and assume they had the problem for about 75% of the people if not more. We're talking hundreds of potential "linkless" accounts that all want fixing. Submit your ticket, be patient.

If they had problems for 75% of the people, that is their problem.  I see they didn't have the same problem in charging my card.  They were featured in the Wall Street Journal - what did they think was going to happen?  I'm sorry, but I'm frustrated.  I think'll start drinking. The I can fly drunk if it comes in tonight.

i finally received my dl link. took about 3 hrs to receive. i also sent a message to pmdg on facebook and they responded within a few minutes which was unexpected, very professional on there part. just be patient, it will come.

Yep, they're indeed working through the issues. I received a response to my ticket and he confirmed there was an issue with processing the order, but all is well now and I'm downloading as we speak (and flying the A2A 172 over to Key West in the meantime B) )

 

This gives me confidence that everyone with issues will have resolution soon, so stay positive!

Maybe you can try to log on to your account on the PMDG website, and the downloadlink should be there in your order history

 

Just follow what this guy says and you don't need a email, as long as the transaction went through it will be in your order history with download link and key. Same thing happend to me and I did the same as him....simple as that.

My order history gives me a blank box in regards to the download as does my email inbox. Don't assume things that easily. There have been people (including me) that got no download information, neither in the email nor on the order page

I ordered mine at 20:47z and received my Confirmation at 20:57z... guess I just got lucky...

 

A question though... how many activation keys have people received in their Confirmation emails???
