We don't know how many payments have to be connected to their respective accounts. I'm sure they are working through the queue right now. We have to sit tight.

Apologies for that ... immediately realized that my tone was pretty rude so I had already edited my post ... so ... sorry for that

The problem with my order I believe is that the server glitched when processing my order and I believe it is the same for many others. I received an HTTP 500 error and when I hit refresh it sent me back to the submit order page. I believe this means that payment was sent and it wasn't fully completed in house so to speak because I received the receipt email but no license/download link email. I have also checked in the previous orders and it is not at the bottom. I have read that numerous times and I am sure everyone has checked there. If they haven't maybe they shouldn't be flying the Triple 7.

So this was the surprise they promised.  Nice!!

No problem. I can appreciate the frustration as I said if you can access your pmdg account it might be there in the previous orders, that's where I found mine but I've still not received any emails from them with the download link but the link within the previous order worked and the activation details are there as well.

I'm waiting since about 2 hours. But I think, they send out the mails step by step: If everyone gets the mail instantly, the download speed for everybody would be like in good old 56k modem times. That would be even more frustrating. :-)

my order was placed 2252 gmt and its now 0033 gmt and still i havet had any kind of download link and i cant even access my account on pmdg. what on earth is going on?

I received my order confirmation at 5:24. I have been waiting two hours now, and it looks like it is going to be a lot longer.  I don't mind waiting - I am just not sure if the order processed correctly.  I did receive my order # and my order code, so I am going to assume that it is in the queue - but PMDG could at least let us know that things are working, albeit slowly.

Patience goes a long way guys...especially as one tries to finger the problem.  These things can be expected, but I am sure they will be sorted out and someone will give a valid explanation.

I wish Ryan or someone else from PMDG would come in here and at least acknowledge the situation and give us an estimate for getting it resolved.
