I'm loving it. It runs like butter on my setup... Climbing out of FlyTampa's Dubai at 45 fps with no stutters; it's totally immersive. At high altitudes in the VC, I'm getting 70 FPS. I have a very "simple" setup compared to people though. No mapping through FSUIPC, no EZDok, nothing. Just FSX SP2, the T7 and scenery. Couldn't be happier.

 

As for the jet, I think it's astounding. It's way different than the NGX. I love the power, even on MTOW takeoffs.. The 180 knot VRs, everything. It's a hoot to fly.

I'm happy since I flight this T7. This is the best addon for FSX. The price is affordable. The quality is Amazing!

In the real 777 during takeoff roll, the flaperon would do this cool dance. I know I might be the only person in the world who's fascinated by this.

 

So when I checked the flaperon movement on PMDG 777 takeoff roll, it is doing the exact same thing. So I'm impressed. 

 

Still I wished PMDG would put back the 2D panel.  :Praying:

I noticed this as well.  Is it me, or does the pack sound in the cabin also go off on takeoff?   That is another big plus for the soundset!

I don't post here often but I must say I would pay HUNDREDS in advance for a PMDG 717. I simply cannot imagine a more interesting plane to produce,. The Douglas avionics mixed with Boeing's philosophy...especially designed for very short hops. It would be a hit! Pleeeease consider the B717,

I would kill for the 787, but likely the avionics in the plane might be too complex to model.  I really was amazed they came with the T7 in lieu of the 787.  Perhaps Tabs might comment as to whether the 787 has any hope of being a future PMDG offering.  The new high-efficiency engines together with the sexy wing design on the 87 would really raise the 'WOW' factor.  Plus the composite body material and larger windows and the mood lighting system in the cabin.  We can dream...

Performs better than my NGX.  Sounds are awesome.  Detail is lovely.  Exterior modelling is superb.  Systems are as accurate as my RL Boeing checklists will allow me to see.  Can't find a bug.  System hauls the mail, 30+ FPS in the air in heavy clouds/wx/traffic, 25-30 FPS on the ground at FlyTampa Tampa Rebooted.  VC not jerky or buggy.  "Feels" very heavy at the controls, very smooth, not F-16-ish performance like the NGX, so realism is up quite a few notches. :drinks:

 

No problems interfacing with FSUIPC, OPUS X, Traffic, GEX, REX, and FSPX.

Hey, PMDG, PLEASE issue a new exterior model as an add-on - the new US Air Force B777 air cargo and refueling model being proposed as a replacement for the venerable KC-10A Extender.  Simple paint, just needs an external boom and two drogue pods.  I am in lust waiting for it!
