I'm unable to get the throttles to work. Have read the manuals, researched it. Is there a possible conflict by having their previous airbus 320/321 still installed?

There is no conflict with the A320 at all.  The installations are completely separate.  Since you haven't described your control setup there is no way to help you further except to recommend the Aerosoft support forum for the new short bus...

I have the Saitek X65 set up to operate dual throttle. No problem with any other aircraft in fsx including the previous Aerosoft airbus. Thanks,

Dave, have you chosen the dual throttle configuration in the Airbus configuration tool?

I have chosen the duall throttle configuration in the Airbus configuration 

 

I have the sensitivity to the right most and null to the left most.. still it does not budge.

In any case where is the asInput.ini file stored for the A318?

 

The one under Document\Aerosoft\AerosoftExtended has this on mine...which is an old file...(I think this for the A321

I got it working My axis assignment were all messed up for the A319

I run a 3 monitor set up and I am having a problem with the cursor flickering, I found some information on the web regarding the Airbus Extended package but none of the changes seem to help. This problem starts immediately when entering the airplane. Does anyone know what portion of the Panel.CFG file needs to be changed? I have tried several, but nothing seems to fix it.

Well, just loaded up the new A318/A319 package and it is great. Have most features working now, BUT I cannot get

the WX RADAR to work. I have tried about everything I know and have read the manuals ---- no joy.

 

No reflection images on the radar --- nothing!!!

 

What am I missing?? Special settings?? HELP!!!!!

Hey Bob,

 

check the Vol1-InFSX EN.pdf in your AS A319 folder. Page 8 has a good picture of the dial that you probably haven't used. I don't know how to explain it, but it's the ND control knob that controls the brightness of the radar.

 

Also, make sure it's turned on and on "system 1" on your pedestal.
