February 16, 201511 yr Author First colour test for LX-JFK. It's tough to get the colour and reflection right! Depending on lighting and reflection it varies quite a bit from a steel chrome kind of colour to a champagne to a metallic brown. Hopefully this is a fair compromise? Let me know what you guys think. New WIP for tonight, including the matte door strip. Shuai Li

February 17, 201511 yr Author Ok, LX-JFK getting close, just gotta recolour a couple of attachments and the gears/prop, fix the winglets and that should be about it. I'm generally out tomorrow and Thursday so looking like this weekend we should see it released. Shuai Li

I'm generally out tomorrow and Thursday so looking like this weekend we should see it released. It is an odd livery for JetFly there must be some significance of the colours and design. Thank you for this it looks perfect. Looking forward to it anytime you are able, no hurry.
February 20, 201511 yr Commercial Member Any chance you might be able to paint this? https://fbcdn-sphotos-a-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xaf1/t31.0-8/10857141_785882034825151_911530360442178541_o.jpg I can get you images from the other side of the aircraft (there are minor differences) and images/close-ups of the assorted logos. February 21, 201511 yr Author Hi CaptKornDog, It's certainly doable, as long as there's some high definition pictures of the logos and each side of the plane. I can only do these paints in my spare time though! Shuai Li

February 21, 201511 yr Shuai Li I would love to see a USAF SOPS U-28A. http://www.airliners.net/photo/USA---Air/Pilatus-U-28A-(PC-12-45)/2310081/L/&sid=c51a49537110addb327aff1b8c1b71f2 They do use others in civilian paint jobs. Notice that it has a tail number but no "N" . Example: http://www.airliners.net/photo/USA---Air/Pilatus-U-28A-(PC-12-45)/2287574/&sid=c51a49537110addb327aff1b8c1b71f2 Please consider doing when you have time. February 24, 201511 yr Author N806SA is the old livery for Surf Air. The new livery is seen on N809SA Ah ok, interesting... What do you guys prefer, N809SA or N806SA for the Surf Air livery? Shuai Li
February 25, 201511 yr Hi Shuai Li, maybe you could also consider this repaint: http://www.kansascity.com/news/local/xj4t4v/picture621361/ALTERNATES/FREE_960/Amelia%20Project%20Pilatus%20PC%2012%20NG_1_Photo%20Credit%20John%20S%20Miller%20Photography.jpg It's the one from the Amelia Earhart Project. March 4, 201511 yr Author Hi carlito777, without good clear high res pictures of the logos it'll be very difficult to do. Small logos also look rather crappy as the resolution is lost. For SurfAir, I noticed that the Flight1 and STMA x-plane versions of the PC12 already have the older SurfAir livery. I don't think anybody has done the new SurfAir livery, anywhere. So for now I will do the new one, as I can get this one out pretty quickly, N809SA before tackling the old livery later down the track. Shuai Li
