November 29, 20169 yr I have read that also, which is not good and I am glad to hear he is better, but the poor bloke published through Fligh1 which in the old day seemed to detest P3d! and from certain forum entries I read around various webb sites this stopped any advancment of ezdok towards P3d,maybe i just dont want to support Flight1,I am turning into a stuborn old goat Peter
November 30, 20169 yr If I remember right the developer is a single person and he had serious health problems for a long stretch. I am on the fence, do I save my money and buy a scenery I never bought but could enjoy, like FlyTampa Toronto, or buy this? EzDok is ok but filling my event log with erroneous errors. I had the same. Lots of errors in the eventviewer. But no other problems. Nevertheless, ChasePlane is really good. I used it now in several flights. But if I were you and already had EzDok, I would go for the scenery instead :-)

December 27, 20169 yr "Follow Horizon feature" Heh, stealing EZdok2's thunder, I love it. [MSI MPG X870E Carbon | 9800X3D (PBO +200Mhz / -20 Offset) | Corsair 64GB DDR5 (Custom Timings) | RTX 4090 Founders Edition (Undervolted) | WD SNX 850X 4TB + 4TB | Antec Flux Pro]
December 27, 20169 yr Commercial Member "Follow Horizon feature" Heh, stealing EZdok2's thunder, I love it. It was in our massive list of things to do but people seemed pretty turned on about this particular feature so we moved it up the priority list! Keven Menard Technical Director, //42.
December 27, 20169 yr This looks like a really nice app but, I have to say, it will never make it on my sim. All the various things that can and do go wrong...hardware, software, controllers, USB ports, installations and untold random things, etc., etc. and then this app...won't work if, for some reason, the cloud isn't working or reachable. There has to be a way to reduce theft without that choice. Maybe revalidate the license every run and require revalidation after X runs without recent validation. I have some of your other apps and plan to buy more but this one...no...not like that. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. January 18, 20179 yr Two Questions: 1 - Can someone tell me exactly which P3D configuration files get modified by Chase Plane and what in them gets changed? 2 - If I uninstalled my version of Chase Plane and then reinstall it how do I access all the previous profiles I created and get them loaded again? February 5, 20179 yr You can import EzDOK pre-sets into Chaseplane. Someone recently released a very good package called 'PMDG made EZ' in the library. I have used it and works well. Just released an updated package, including the Queen v3. October 19, 20178 yr I have followed with interest this topic about offline presets. Even though I am in Australia (supposedly a modern country with unbroken internet connection), I could not fly my newly purchased PMDG 737NGX (or any planes using ChasePlane) a few days ago. Why? Because my internet was down (it appears unknown to the modern world that ISPs here in Australia sometimes give lousy service and broken connections). With all due respect, I think it is a show stopper to be forced to rely on external sources to run any program one paid for, and is dependent on to enjoy. I love ChasePlane, but seriously, I was sorely tempted to return to EZDOK, and it is still hovering in my mind. So, there's my two-cents worth of input.
