Indeed strange. It was supposed to be uploaded long time ago. Maybe something related to copyright?

Here's a request...How about UAE Dubai Air Wing 747-422, MSN 26903, Registration A6-HRM.  Boeing 747-422 BBJ (probably would use the appropriately engined 747-400ER for the PMDG model).

 

Just a thought.
