February 22, 20188 yr Commercial Member Hi Jeff, Due to time constraints, button control will not be happening. The Maddog will be voice control only I'm afraid. Best, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
February 22, 20188 yr Hi Brian, I would definitely buy a button version if you could be persuaded....... Due to flightsim cockpit location I cannot use a voice version. Best Regards John Edited February 22, 20188 yr by johnfairm typo John Fairman
February 22, 20188 yr Hi @byork, I've been an avid customer/supporter of FS2CREW products, purchasing your software for all major aircraft add-ons dating back to FS9. It's very disappointing to hear that a button control version will not be available for the Mad Dog. Arguably, I need FS2Crew on this jet more than any others given its complexity! Unfortunately, as others have said, voice control isn't an option for me and my current sim setup. I imagine I'm not alone. Any chance this could be put back on the roadmap if there's enough interest from your community? Respectfully, John
February 22, 20188 yr Even though I have the voice version, I'd love the button version. So happens that I feel like a dork speaking to a computer screen.
February 23, 20188 yr Commercial Member If I can find the time I'll try to add button control, but finding time is very tough! Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord

Cheers, Bryan, I really hope u will consider developing a button control version. Many of us due to our sim environment using the voice control is not an option. Matt Wilson

Germans are actually our biggest customer demographic, not Americans like you'd assume :-) Question: How do I install the English - US language pack in Windows 10? I tried, but English - US is not visible in the 'Language' drop down menu. Answer: Go to Settings > Time & language > Region & language. Select "ADD A LANGUAGE TO THIS DEVICE". Select the language you want to use from the list (ENGLISH) Choose which region's version you want to use (ENGLISH - US) Left click on the English US language set, and a new menu should appear. Then you must click 'OPTIONS' and then click 'DOWNLOAD' under the 'SPEECH ' category. Go to the 'ADVANCED SPEECH OPTIONS' page in the Control panel. English - US should now be visible in the Language drop down menu. Don't forget to train your voice! See this page for more information. B. February 26, 20188 yr Hi Thomas I too only use button control, I was looking to buy the Maddog, but with no button control for FS2crew will find it difficult to part with my money. Use the 737, 777 & Dash 8 versions, so would urge you to find the time. Cheers Chris.
