Hi Brian,

I would definitely buy a button version if you could be persuaded.......

Due to flightsim cockpit location I cannot use a voice version.

Best Regards

John

Hi @byork

I've been an avid customer/supporter of FS2CREW products, purchasing your software for all major aircraft add-ons dating back to FS9. It's very disappointing to hear that a button control version will not be available for the Mad Dog. Arguably, I need FS2Crew on this jet more than any others given its complexity! Unfortunately, as others have said, voice control isn't an option for me and my current sim setup. I imagine I'm not alone.

Any chance this could be put back on the roadmap if there's enough interest from your community?

Respectfully,

John

That's too bad, I love the tool, but the voice control is not for me.

Thanks,

Jeff~

Oh yes! Button Control please! i have also all FS2Crew Versions since FS9; But with german Windows systems
its not easy to use FS2Crew with voice. Also  i am not happy to speak with an computer.
Will buy Maddog FS2Crew again, but only button controlled.

If I can find the time I'll try to add button control, but finding time is very tough!

Bryan,  I really hope u will consider developing a button control version.  Many of us due to our sim environment using the voice control is not an option.

Hi Thomas,

Actually, with Windows 10 it should be easy.

Germans are actually our biggest customer demographic, not Americans like you'd assume :-)

Question:  How do I install the English - US language pack in Windows 10?  I tried, but English - US is not visible in the 'Language' drop down menu.

Answer:

Go to Settings > Time & language > Region & language.

Select "ADD A LANGUAGE TO THIS DEVICE".

Select the language you want to use from the list (ENGLISH)

Choose which region's version you want to use (ENGLISH - US)

Left click on the English US language set, and a new menu should appear.  Then you must click 'OPTIONS' and then click 'DOWNLOAD' under the 'SPEECH ' category.

Go to the 'ADVANCED SPEECH OPTIONS' page in the Control panel.

English - US should now be visible in the Language drop down menu.

Don't forget to train your voice!

See this page for more information.

Hi Thomas

I too only use button control, I was looking to buy the Maddog, but with no button control for FS2crew will find it difficult to part with my money.

Use the 737, 777 & Dash 8 versions, so would urge you to find the time.

Cheers

Chris.
