I'll suggest a trainer, like the Piper Tomahawk here. Or a Cherokee or a C-152.

Slow with no artificial horizon is a tough ask.

The A2A Cherokee is about as close as you can get to flying a real one, without flying a real one.  It is delightful.

Hey!, Don't know if you are still following this topic, but a very good answer to your question would be the " super_guépard_912_fsx_p3d", nice French UL with a Rotax 80 or 100Hp with quite good flight model. I enjoy it.

The Just Flight Cessna 152 and the PA-28 Warrior and the Archer are excellent little trainers. Great systems and motion simulation.
