Thanks appreciated but where can I sent a ticket, logged now at live /xbox /forum/and insider/ but don't see the alpha forums only the one as from the op. Yesterday all was working fine... I have no problem logging on, it's just that none of the forum categories are available...all I see is "Public forum coming soon." It seems that I have lost the "Tech Alpha Insider" status. This has also happened to me twice previously since February for some reason. In general all you need to do is send your forum MSFS forum username (via PM please) to a MSFS forum moderator and then we will check your account and one of us will get back to you when the issue with your forum account is resolved. When I try to Login I get a message: Your account is awaiting activation, use the forgot password link to issue another activation email. But I can't find a forgot password link either. I've got a friend who bought MSFS last week, signed up to the forums 3 days ago but never got an activation e-mail and gets the loop message you got as well. I looked through my old emails and found that I reached out to: [email protected] and they ultimately fixed it for me. I haven't visited the forum much over the years but tested it this morning and found that I still have access. Hope your friend can get the issue resolved through the zendesk. Cheers.
