Darryl 😄Sorry Darryl,These Carriers won't be that new...but they will be much better detailed then has ever been in DCS...And did I mention The New Arleigh Burke Class Aegis DDG:s??? Unique Carriers For DCS: Supercarrier, we will be providing all Nimitz-class aircraft carriers of the Theodore Roosevelt subclass. These include: CVN-71 USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-72 USS Abraham Lincoln CVN-73 USS George Washington These will be the first three carriers released at Early Access. After the Early Access release, we will provide: CVN-74 USS John C. Stennis CVN-75 USS Harry S. Truman In addition to unique naming and numbering of the carriers, they will also have unique geometry. This is most evident in the islands (towers and antennas). Please see attached and note that they are work in progress. Each ship will also have unique carrier communication callsigns. May 20, 20206 yr Patrick: Really exciting news for DCS...!! I read up a bit about it and also watched a couple of videos, today, ...the SuperCarrier seems packed with fantastic new animation features...5 ships and deck parking for up to 18 aircraft...etc., you will surely have your hands full with this one, Patrick...! And the deck-crew realism in the videos, is astounding, as e.g. you've shown above, the crew and their actions look so REAL..! We expect to see some "back-to-boat" action with your F-14 (or will it be F/A-18)...🙂...?? Best for the launch!!

I've been waiting since they Announced Development Years Ago!! May all your traps be OK 3-wires Patrick! I pre-ordered it too but I'm only qualified to swab the deck on the carrier, certainly not qualified to land a multi-million dollar fighter on her deck. 😪 Maybe one day I'll get more time to get my carrier quals done and be able to say that most sacred of Naval Aviator phrases..."Roger Ball". 😁 Trust me...if I tried to land a Hornet on the carrier now ...the only words you'd hear over the 1MC would be "Clear the flightdeck, nugget making his 1st trap....stand-by to receive a flaming wreck on deck!" 🤣 Regards, Steve DraGet my paints for MSFS planes at flightsim.to here, and iFly 737s hereDownload my FSX, P3D paints at Avsim by clicking here

May 20, 20206 yr For me I am at about 50 percent with the the Tom Cat. And the rest bolters. But I have to be in vr to do that. Can't wait to see flight deck ops in vr. Regards Ted Kiser
May 21, 20206 yr Author ****R E L E A S E D**** Unfortunately for me I'm having some install problems with this module and can't enjoy it right away,Going to read through the forums today and see if I can get my troubles sorted. Thanks Friends 100%75%50%d8a34be0e82d98b5a45ff4336cd0dddc Patrick

May 21, 20206 yr Fantastic video! I just wish I could get interested in modern jets. 🙁 The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
May 21, 20206 yr Patrick: Fantastic video...!! If you had not told us, I would think, it's the "real" thing....Visuals and effects are superb...! Wonder how much practice is needed to nail a "night" landing on that deck...in rainy and cloudy conditions.... [BTW, Patrick: I noticed at (1:13/2:37) point of the video, a Deck Crew Member is (confidently) approaching the left engine of the E-2(?) (pardon my lack of precision...), and, just before the scene changes, this crew-member stops abruptly and lurches backward...is that because of sudden realization that the props were too close...??] Anyway, hope, your installation process goes (or has gone) smoothly...! And, as Steve said above, some of us, need to be first, "...pre-qualified to swab the deck on this carrier, certainly not qualified to land a multi-million dollar fighter...."...on it....🙂...(oh well, maybe one-day, need a better system, first, though).... Have fun...!!
