Thought OP asked about V5?

I could not get the DA62 to work and understood MILVIZ to release after HF2...

You can apparently tweak the config files to get the DA62 to work in V5. Not tried it yet myself, but there was a thread about it on Avsim the other day which detailed the changes you needed to make.

Heya Klazz,

I am curious why you detest the Carenado TBM850 so much. Pretty much does everything I ask it to do in V4, now V5. Have to watch the weights and balance, but that is pretty much par for the course.

I have it in xplane and p3d. Night and day. In p3d a lot of the functionality doesn't work. FLC stalls me out every single time. VS is hit and miss. Panel lights don't work properly. Some of the switches don't function except for when I use the keyboard command for them. It has just left a really bad taste in my mouth. I have the DA62 carenado for p3d and it's much better. What grinds my gears is that carenado said all their aircraft were good to go for v5. They are certainly not. I own 90% of their stuff for xplane and didn't mind buying them again but I at least want similar quality.

As for A2A, I'm a big fan which is why I excluded them. Trying to save on recommendations that I already know are good.

I'll defo check out the ones listed prior. I haven't heard of those devs. I don't mind spending a bit of coin but I want the quality there too, hence my op.

What Glider Johnson said is right, dagnabbit! Even if you've not flown any A2As for a while, when you jump back into one you realise what quality you've got.

Is $50 enough for me to say that?

Ron Johnson is right about Glider Johnson being right! I recently purchased both the A2A Comanche and Bonanza. Mongo impressed! Flying these aircraft is probably the most fun I’ve ever had with my pants on...

A big fan of your work. Wish you would do some for the JF C152.

Fully agree, this and the two Dukes are absolute masterpieces, but I didn’t mention them because the OP wouldn’t be able to buy them.

Oh well...

There are also not many repaints of the C441.

Wow I somehow missed that, great news for anyone who didn’t previously have them.  They are truly great aircraft.

That is not quite true...

My apologies. Can't think where I got that idea from.
