August 4, 20205 yr I bought EU England the day it came out but not used it for years because of the RAM and FPS hit. Since v5 is a good performance boost, I was wondering. 1) Is EU England that much better than OLC EURO? 2) Is it a bad VRAM hit? 3) How big is its FPS hit is it these days? August 4, 20205 yr Author Thanks Alan, installed it, no FPS hit or VRAM. It's not a huge leap over OLC up high but the detail is far better lower down.
