Brilliant... Let's hope your contribution to alpha/beta forums is as valuable. 😁

Ah I see, if only could read your mind. 🤷‍♂️

Not necessary, you just have to be able to read the title of the thread to know the subject at hand.

Since you seem to miss otherwise obvious clues, Asobo is not giving you a riddle about the trees. They're making fun of you.

They made they same "forest for the trees" comment months ago and have still failed to fix the issue AFAIK.  Let's see some new screenshots of Sydney that demonstrate they have fixed the issue 🤔

My perspective is sublime and tree scale is not a laughing matter. 🙄

The AI is only placing trees individually it's not making any judgement as to their individual scale, AFAIK that's happening at runtime, but in any case a user defined scaling factor (eg in an .ini file) can easily mitigate the issue. 🤔

Heaven preserve us of such a solution ! I do not want yet another tweaking. And, anyway, size is one of the problems affecting the trees.

They have embarked in their ambitious Earth Digital Twin journey, the only valid solution is a better training of the AI. Easier said than done but I am pretty confident they’ll find the proper algorithms.

At many levels, trees or buildings, the AI is like a talented but young child.

Simming since 1981 -  [email protected] GHz with 16 GB of RAM and a 1080 with 8 GB VRAM running a 27" @ 2560*1440 - Windows 10 - Warthog HOTAS - MFG pedals - MSFS Standard version with Steam

So before this thread gets locked like the other thread that went south because of tree arguments I just need to say that I found the overall AI video very impressive and i think it bodes well that they can roll out tweaks seemingly quickly.  To me that points more in the direction of a sim that will constantly evolve and improve...looking forward to August 18th!
