Yeah, don't suffer under the illusion of what you're doing is the constructive version of actual feedback 🙂

Nothing like that. I'm just telling my opinion. Where i grew up this is a normal thing...sorry...won't happen again.

It's not my job to offer solutions. But as a potential customer a feel like having a right to be a bit sceptical and not fall for any hype.

Falling for hype over $60 ?   What are you like when it's a lot more...lol

The amount doesn't matter.

Surprisingly, a lot of people around here are able to share their opinions in a nuanced fashion, without resorting to terrible comparisons, making up strawmen and quips just to get people's attention. Playing the victim card because that approach didn't work, isn't doing you any favours either. Being able to share your opinion in a balanced fashion, that lead to actual conversation and sharing of viewpoints over the topics, that is the actual valuable and admirable trait of being able to give your opinion. Just vomiting up some half-baked opinion to get people worked up doesn't win you any medals nor make you special.

The problem I have is the pop ins are a major issue. Worse in some areas than P3d (my biggest issue with that sim!) The taxiway signs pop in at 20ft away.

20ft ?   I haven't noticed that at all

A bit of hyperbole sure, but watch from 14:07 to 14:15 and look at the left side of the runway as hes getting closer.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but a little while ago the MS team answered a LOT of questions, including something about the autopilot. They stated that they are fixing 50 bugs a day with the autopilot, and the majority of bugs that exist will be gone by release. And it has been mentioned that he was using an older version. Also, in the question answers, it was also stated that tree issues, like trees where there aren’t supposed to be, are being fixed as well. But I too am disappointed in some YouTuber’s results with FPS, but optimization will be improved as time goes on. I can’t wait until the 18th, bring it on, bugs and all

I'm still wondering why people are flying the the 744 from the rear jumpseat behind the pilot.   That view is so far back I couldn't reach the yoke if I was sitting in the cockpit.  Maybe some what the 2D panel affect in the VC.

Surprisingly, yes...

As long as the opinion is "relax, all is good...". Sorry, i don't care for winning medals or being special. Espescially not in here. I just used a forum for what a forum is used for normally. If my opinion offended anyone, sorry. But my points are still valid.

They certainly are valid and there  is no need to apologize.

I guess we have to expect a lot of heat and very little light when we ask valid questions or express reasoned opinions that bring forth emotional responses in others. There are many in the forums who feel called upon to support any product regardless of merit and who therefore interpret any honest criticism as heresy.  They apparently think that to do otherwise is to discourage development of new products.

Please don't be discouraged by a few who think their wishful thinking is a substitute for objectivity.  I agree with you that as long as we accept, without question,  any product "bugs and all" that that is what we will get.

So showing up things that should be worked on is moaning and complaining? Dude....

Yes it is....

You just said it's not your job to offer solutions. So what else are you doing then? If you think you're offering solutions, then stop doing someone else's job because you're terrible at it.

You are offering problems and not offering solutions....that in and of itself is complaining.

I offer problems? Where did you get that from? Excuse me...i am not MS. I'm just pointing at problems i see every day when watching Videos about MSFS.

Do other people who complain about performance, autoflight or anything regarding MSFS that needs tweaking offer a solution? I highly doubt it since all i have read till now is "Yeah, this needs definatly some tweaking", "that should be ironed out till release" but hey...no Flightsim was and ever will be perfect right? So where is the solution in that?

Just accept that there are people feeling different about MSFS based on what can be seen in so many videos. I'd be more than happy to be proven wrong after all. We'll see...
