No word whatsoever so far. The only thing that is confirmed are the Cessna 152 flight lessons, which are reasonably good I would say.

Given the focus on new players MS is going for, I can't imagine there being some PDF 900-page doorstop lurking in the folders somewhere. Be good if there was, but I doubt it.

There needs to be some kind of learning centre - especially for those people who want to incrementally learn the further rudiments of flight in this sim.

Also the particular characteristics of the different aircraft, thats important in relation to how each one of their autopilots work.

Would be pretty tardy of Microsoft not to include this kind of info on this vast subject of aeronautics.😮

The aircraft have checklists, which state what needs to be done and even highlights the button required at each stage, and you can have it all done automatically by the sim of you like.

That level of detail is more than enough for beginners.

I checked Amazon on Friday evening, and there was absolutely nothing listed for sale in the way of MSFS2020 instruction manuals. I was all prepared to purchase one.

Aircraft checklists aren't going to be of much help if you're trying to figure out how to set up your cameras, for example.

But then, everyone knows "Gamers" don't read manuals. 😄

I wish they will provide some sort of basic manual but I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't. I'm hoping at the very least, some takeoff rotation speeds, approach and landing speeds guidelines will be provided.

If there was no documentation provided then I'm fully prepared to buy other addon aircraft just to grab their manuals. Combine with in-game checklists would provide a satisfying enough experience for me. However I can't seem to find any third-party addon manual for the Cessna Citation Longitude...

Nothing I've heard of. On youtube Squirrel is putting up some very good tutorials.

There are entry level tutorials and aircraft specific checklists, but nothing that is entirely accurate (study level), hopefully 3PD's take the time to use the integrated checklists to their fullest potential with regards to entirely accurate systems management...

with the DVD versions comes a book, but dont know more about.

That book, whilst nice, is basically a coffee table picture book. Nice for collectors, and with some aircraft stats for the default aeroplanes, but that's about it.

Where can I get one in the US?  How much will it cost me? 😄

That very much depends on whether they do a reprint or whether Aerosoft overestimated how many were going to be sold and had nine million copies printed whilst only selling 37 of them, in which case you might get one for a fiver in a few weeks. 🤣

I`m sure someone in Europe will sell you one for $119 just the manual.
