:-)

How do you setup a wing view and then afterwards setup a keystroke ?

Thanks

1. Move the camera to where you want it.

2. Ctrl Alt 1.2...3 saves the view.

3. Retrieve the view by hitting the alt key + corresponding number.

ChasePlane would be very welcome to the MSFS world. Unfortunately, AFAIK nobody from Parallel 42 has made a statement about its development for the new sim.

Hopefully they will.

nah its just yet another app you don't need.  The default camera system is good enough in my opinion, if only they could give us custom wingviews without all the rigmarole, then it would be perfect.

Why? You have a Drone that's more than up to the task of allowing you to admire yourself.

Why get your CPU/ GPU to do extra work?

It would be nice if drone cam opened in a second window, but as it is now you lose control of the plane. Not a good thing, especially during take-off.

I agree, the inbuilt camera system does about 80% of what chaseplane did.

It took me some time to learn the camera system -- it is different than what we had in P3D, which actually needed an EZDOK or Chase Plane add on -- but once I did I find it does everything I want it to, and as someone said about 80 percent of what Chase Plane did.

Is there a tutorial for setting up passenger wing views that are tied to keystrokes?
