November 13, 20205 yr Commercial Member I wanted to share some images with the flight sim community of a project that Rob Ainscough and I have been working on for a couple of months. I have been figuring out how tree colors work in the sim, developing a tool that generates file content so I can create color themes quickly, and creating several color themes/presets. Rob has been working diligently on the application build side of things, which encompasses a lot of work. This project Rob and I are working on should be a nice app that will give users the ability to have some nice seasonal TreeScapes. As I mentioned above, I have created a number of presets already, but if any of you have suggestions for a preset please respond in this thread. Indicate the color mix of trees and I will see if I can create a preset that might work and include a couple of images. For instance, a color mix of deciduous trees that are mostly green with some yellow and orange. Enjoy the screenshots: REX AccuSeason Developer REX Simulations

November 13, 20205 yr Will this change the colours only in the northern hemisphere? Or globally? Greetings, Chris AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 2x32GB DDR5 6000MT/s RAM, MSI RTX 4090 Ventus 3X, Windows 11 Home, MSFS2024

Colors are are reflected based on the color theme/preset for the biome. For instance, the Deciduous biome exists in different places in both the northern and southern hemisphere so if you have applied a preset for mostly brown trees with some yellow, then that color theme will carry through wherever the Deciduous biome exists in the MSFS world. We can not blame at the moment but we are wondering the same. Because we already know and use BijanStudio's "Fall Colors". No I have been working on it since before the release and have a lot of pics of early tree color changes with my Alpha watermarks. In fact I was going to be putting out a tool with someone on the Flightsimulator.com site back in September, but he could not commit to it. I did reach out so the FSDeveloper site as well back in October but nobody responded So I reached out to Rob in October and we started discussions. I did take a look at your files and the structure and it is very different from how the files I have created look. REX AccuSeason Developer REX Simulations

Thats a bummer, I dont want fall colours in the northern and southern hemisphere at the same time...
