Is FSLTL another AI package that is aiming to do the same thing as AIG or is it something else? The initial plan for the North East was to build Tyne and Wear's Airport on the current site of Nissan, but all the local councils couldn't agree (Newcastle and North Tyneside councils blocked it), so Newcastle was developed instead, in a different reality you might have been using our Airport, I actually think Newcastle airport is a great airport, but if Sunderland/Usworth Airport had been developed it would have been in a more central spot for Tyne an Wear, County Durham and less so for Northumberland. When I was a kid Sunderland Airport was actually my local GA airport, but unfortunately (from a selfish pint of view) they built Nissan on it for the masses of unemployed people of the NE AMD 9800X3D, NZXT X73 RGB AIO COOLER, Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite WIFI7, 64GB 6000MHZ RAM, 4TB Samsung Pro NVME, 4 TB Crucial P3+ NVME, 4TB Crucial SSD, Gigabyte Gaming OC Geforce RTX5090, Antec C8 ARGB Case, X55 JOYSTICK/THROTTLES, LG 4K C4 42" TV/Monitor 120 Hz, 2 Dell 1080 monitors. I like the museum there. I wonder how long Nissan lasts before that’s a relic of history on the site too...
