Looks beautiful

This is the first time I can say this looks like plain FSX. The snowy mountains look in a modded FSX much much better. Funny.

So this pretty much proves I was right that it's just full green summer trees with snow dusted on top...

Obviously, no bare winter trees anywhere to be found.  I'd rather just continue to fly in summer season until they get this right and not some half-baked attempt at winter to drive obvious Christmas sales!

Looks completely ridiculous if you ask me.

VERY Disappointing!!!

Even as a “hater” of this sim, I do not mind how they are implementing the winter overlay.

According to the weather sites there should be snow in Alaska 🙂 I'll find out once the download is finished. I fly there all the time! Here's hoping!

They use Meteoblue for snow coverage, so that site should be the most accurate. Their map has a snowdepth filter.

Oh my gosh, mods are broke, snow doesn't look right, snoggle flosh tool is completely missing. I mean what did they do with It! I'm not going to be able to sleep at night! I'm gonna have to see a shrink. Just gonna have to uninstall it - C"mon man's and girl's - get a grip. Learn from history and FLY!

Is this not what the team has been communicating all along? Procedural snow. Full seasons to follow at some point in the future. Did I miss an announcement somewhere that said they were going to implement a full "winter" season?

Is the AP issue from the last update where aircraft take ages to change heading only a few degrees been fixed?

Just started the update, so can't say myself, but I did see a post earlier saying it is fixed. Sure hope so! Will find out in a few hours...
