It's safe to assume anything that uses the default model will most likely break. FBW is working on their own model also. Jeff D. December 22, 20205 yr Canada with snow looks awesome. Sim works fine. Except I had a freeze up and CTD on approach to a freeware addon airport. And that's probably the addon airport's fault, not the sim. December 22, 20205 yr Snow cover in upstate New York, where at present there is between 5 to 30 inches of snowpack left over from last week’s storm, shows only very patchy snow in the sim. Most fields and open areas are bare, when in reality there is not a single inch of ground anywhere in the state that does not have heavy snow cover. The good news is that the “slow turning” problem when using autopilots in heading select mode has been fixed. Commanded turns and ILS intercepts are working great! Was the water frozen or they just white lied it and crashing/landing into any water locks up the sim ? I flew out of MIlan for Lugano on a short flight. I don't think that the lake is frozen. It was IFR all the way into the water. Also the sim crashed after it was reloading into the main menu.
