Based on the current pricing it should be about $18 US.

It's out now via their site....ORBX to follow in a couple of hours.

I'd like to see a performance comparison between this and the default YSSY before I decide.

It's most likely better, Asobo's high detail airports really tank my system for some reason.

YSSY isn't that bad, but KJFK and LFPG can knock me down to 5-10FPS depending where I am at the airport. It's really weird.

Bought from Fly Tampa direct.  That is my preferred method- directly from the Developer.  They keep all the $$ and I get timely updates.  I install to my AddOn\Scenery folder and activate when wanted with the brilliant Add On Manager Tool from @Bad_T . Works for me.

What is so befuddling is that we already have an enhanced Sydney. Why another YSSY when default KTPA looks horrid?

Just starting to explore... but I will confess bias... I LOVE FT and have for decades.  So far I'm very happy.  As far as their timeline of releases, all I can say is I too would love to see KTPA (pretty fond of the area 😉 ), but believe Martin knows what his team is doing.  It will come, when they want it to.  Meanwhile, I'm happy to support them in this new sim.  IF there are any showstoppers I will squawk, but I'm usually a pretty happy FT customer.
