April 12, 20215 yr Author Airbus H135 v0.84 is now up on Flightsim.to! Leave us a 5 star review! - Fix subtle pitch/yaw connection bug. - Enable turning off the front and middle doors. - Faster power up self test. - Overhead switches fixed, textures added, all switches have an accurate label. - You may now add a configurable png image for each livery which shows up under the standby attitude indicator. Edit /html_ui/UserImages/User1.png which is used on every livery. - AP ALT hold is less likely to oscillate. - Autorotation drag reduced. Less 'nose down' to maintain speed. More glide. - Moved many unrealistic settings and options to the CONFIG page on the tablet - You may now open all 6 doors individually, see the doors page - Tablet now has AP page for AP functions - Tablet now has SPOT Light page - Tablet now has DOORS page - Tablet now has LIGHTS page (duplicated from Overhead panel, for VR users) - Removed tablet/GTN MFD Home/PFD Home, all flight planning and PFD stuff is under "Flight" - MISC page removed, all functions are now on tablet - Battery/Avionics switches moved to the overhead - MISC page now has a baggage compartment "camera" - Add a basic GPU model - Ground Trajectory Command Hover. Hold a GPS position. Engage on AP page. - Fixed audio arrows overlapping EFB on tablet/GTN - Add various state triggers to Tablet CONFIG page (engines off, ready for takeoff, cold & dark, fail engines in flight) - Add main display shrouding - Fix EPU plug showing after engine start - Fix EPU staying connected in the air - Dirty footprints removed from interior carpet - Various other textures fixed - Add BARO softkey (activate + use knob to tune) to FND - Fixed Minimums display on FND - Magenta ball is behind green ball when in GTC.H. Marks the target position. - Update documentation - Upgrade antitorque pedals to a much higher quality version by @GBZH35 - Add an offline EFB - Add a warning for left click on ENG switches My name is Steve and I prefer hand flying. April 12, 20215 yr I'm loving flying around Colorado, landing on a peak somewhere, getting out of my chair with the VR headset on and walking around the heli while looking out at the view. Just amazing
April 13, 20215 yr sorry if I shouldn't be posting this here but I still cannot seem to properly setup separate throttle and collective. No matter what I assign, the collective (prop pitch in sim) does nothing and the throttle assignment appears to influence both throttle and collective. Any ideas? It's quite a shame about this as I can fly helicopters correctly in XP11 and P3D but not in MSFS..
April 13, 20215 yr @AP6200 Join our Discord server and use the Feedback channel for precise information. Remember this is not the same as what you may find in other sims. The correct binding to your controllers plays a very important part as if you fly in advance mode, it's all about torque!. April 13, 20215 yr Hi AP6200 - (at the time of writing this) I believe it's no longer necessary to assign prop pitch axis to anything. Throttle axis needs to be mapped to your collective controller. Once in the heli, use the mouse scroll wheel to toggle between engine idle and engine run, which will engage the rev governor. there are 2 engine switches, but you only need to toggle one of them I don't think it's possible to run fully manual throttle (no gov) Dav on discord is extremely helpful and doesn't appear to ever sleep. You're likely to get a quick response to your questions Edited April 13, 20215 yr by dogmanbird

I could be wrong but I don't believe the throttle and collective are separate in this version...I just run with throttle control and pitch the helicopter forward or back to move Edited April 13, 20215 yr by Isaiah53six Kind regards, Tim CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K (OC 4.7) CPU COOLER: Noctua nh-d15S GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070-Ti FTW2 8GB SSD: Crucial MX500 1TB HDD: Seagate 500GB - Maxtor 250GB - WD 250GB RAM: Team Vulcan 16 GB MBD: Gigabyte Z370P D3 PSU: Evga 650w OS: Win 10 Pro
April 14, 20215 yr early versions used (propeller pitch) keys to replicate FADEC effect. Now FADEC is toggled with the switches on dash. Only 1 axis is needed for operation - Throttle (not throttle 1 or throttle 2, etc) Throttle axis is your collective. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz (8 cores) Hyper on, Evga RTX 3060 12 Gig, 32 GB ram, Windows 11, P3D v6, and MSFS 2020 and a couple of SSD's
April 19, 20215 yr @jimcarrel: Hi, would it be too much to ask for a screen shot with that FADEC button marked out for nobies? I downloaded the latest version (0.85) but I'm blind, can't find that FADEC button. I've seen it in some youtube videos, but can't find it in this new version. Thank you :)
April 20, 20215 yr By engine switches you mean the 2 switches which are next to ventilation and inop manual switch? Tried that , not working. Throttle is mapped, propeller was mapped and then mapping was removed, still not working, can't get it off the ground. For the record I'm using the Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog. Any idea is highly appreciated 🙂 Thank you.

Any idea is highly appreciated 🙂 Thank you. Its quite straight forward to startup. However, after putting on the battery master, be sure you have forward (FWD) and Aft fuel pumps on which are now on the overhead. This has been a newer integration. After the initial power on self test, the 2 engine switches in the middle are 3 way. OFF, Start Idle, and after it stabilised, another switch up will essentially turn on the FADEC and bring the rotors up to speed. When you move your throttle (now being the collective) it will increase the throttle as well and you should lift off. CYVR LSZH I7-14700k 64gb 6000Mhz DDR5 ASUS z690 ROG STRIX Gaming RTX 4080 Super,
April 20, 20215 yr As of version at time of writing this.... Put your mouse pointer over either pink/yellow FLIGHT switch and use the scroll wheel to switch it. It enables the FADEC when in fly / run (up) position. You'll hear the revs increase. Edited April 20, 20215 yr by dogmanbird
April 20, 20215 yr Hi, Thank you for the help, I will try after I'm done working for today. But, that is pretty much what I did yesterday. I've seen those switches, used the mouse scroll, RPM was increasing, but still can't lift off. The throttle was still doing what a throttle is supposed to do - increase decrease the RPM. I will try later with a cold dark startup and take it from there, there could be something wrong in the basic Ctrl+E startup.
April 20, 20215 yr Sorry if you've already mentioned it, Is the controller you wish to use as a collective mapped to "propeller Axis"? It won't work if mapped to "propeller axis 1" or "propeller axis 2" There are 3 propeller axis in total. It caught me out initially.
