Recommended Posts

Also to add to the list is the FlyByWire A380 which, in embryonic form, may be out by the end of the year.

Thanks for posting Ryan - I was surprised to see it - wish developer good luck but thats why you never saw one developed for flightsim

It’s been released before, iirc, and the dev implemented it for Prepar3D prior to rebuilding it for MSFS. Based on his signature, I believe he lives in Egypt, and I have no idea what laws they have there concerning licensing, if any.

Updated again; 12th July (* marks updates)

And I thought I could update it every other week... 😅

Anyone know a better way to present the list below? Is there an embeded table function? Or shall I organise it alphabatically on either producer or aircraft type? Shall I move the released products to a seperate list?

I am waiting for the AS Twin Otter, JF Fokker and Milviz Beaver. Which one of these will come out first? Perhaps Twin Otter?

I think 2022 will come first.

Now if only someone would relaunch the Digital Aviation Dornier 27 for msfs, I would die of joy and go to heaven...

I too am really looking forward to the Dornier 27 being released for msfs as it has great specifications for a light aircraft. Here's hoping.

One of my ten best aircraft of all time. I am afraid  that the developer has retired as shown by the sad story of his Pilatus in recent years.

That is indeed interesting Ryan. When did he post this? His SF260 and the Thranda Beaver with simcoders extension are one of the main reasons to jump into XP now and then (beside many other things before I get stoned 😉 )

Cheers

T.

Does anybody have any news on the SF260?  This is my most eagerly awaited aircraft along with anything A2A.

Oh no, there's still hope. Hans Hartmann, the same one who is developing the Asobo ATR, was the lead developer for Digital Aviation and is the one who made the FSX Do27 😉

Last thing I saw (which was posted a few months back) was a comment that it was in progress but still a long way off.

If my memory  serves me well, the Do 27 was a Marcel Felde's aircraft.

There are a great many incredible names being tossed around here.  This sim is particularly brilliant for such feeder/commuter aircraft.  It is my fervent hope that the ATSimulations An-2 and the Aerosoft Twotter arrive this year.  Those two aircraft will keep me happily occupied until PMDG brings us their transport fleet, and Fenix brings us Fifi.

We all know you won't be truly happy until you have your PMDG queen in MSFS!!!  Hope you are well Carl!!!

Both of those above, the DC-3, and the Kodiak will keep me happy!  I don't want much... Do I?

Call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind, but I prefer Rob.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.
