Pre-release stream - PMDG DC-6

But a review of it will highlight the good and bad points, and you can FFWD those if there is a boring bit or stuff you already know. So yeah, watch a stream afterwards, fine, but live it's just very drawn out. That's why I do reviews; the average length people watch my reviews for is approximately 10 minutes, and they're usually a bit more than twice that in length, and I completely understand why people do that, some of them will maybe even watch the entire review, but at double speed. You have options with stuff that isn't live.

Is it any different than watching your YouTube channel?

Yes, see my previous answer. If people want to watch a live stream then I'm not stopping them, I'm looking forward to the product myself, but I find live streams more like an annoying tease than an informative watch. People can feel free to disagree with that if they like. I've had their original DC-6, I know this one will be good from all the previews they've done etc. So I'll buy it without watching someone else playing with it, I find that more annoying than informative as a format.

Looks like you need 3-4 Bravo's for the DC-6 🙂 So many levers.

Discounts for purchasers of the X-Plane DC-6?

I don't know if historically PMDG has given discounts in similar circumstances.

Anyway, it would be a nice good will gesture.

I seriously doubt it. They don't give discounts for changing platforms at least not in the past.

This baby is a beauty and is worth a repurchase for me as I had it in FSX.

No they confirmed no discounts for moving across platforms. They only give discounts for vertical moves on the same platform.

One for Props

Four for Throttles

One left over for...

Make sure you delete your Mixture axis for the Six.

Do u have to learn old school navigation to find your destination?  I mean if it's too complicated I might have a hard time.

I thought navigators of that period were able to home in on AM radio signals.
