July 28, 20214 yr You should go north, for example take off from Tromso, flying around in the mountains there, the popping in of trees is almost unbearable. It is even so bad, that hills/mountains covered with trees when looking at them suddenly have no trees anymore and vice versa when moving the view point around. And it seems that there is a visible cutoff between trees rendered close to you and probably some placeholder trees rendered further away from you. Add the popping of buildings to this and the sim looks totally ridiculous unless you just look straigth forward or you move your head around utterly slow. What a rubbish update, I did not have any performance issues and now I get 10FPS more but this nasty popping. Thanks Asobo... July 28, 20214 yr Asobo will not ignore if everyone complains, for now we can enjoy the performance boost it's provided

I do it in the sim, and I do it in real life...especially when I'm maneuvering visually. If going IFR, and am IMC....then yeah my head is scanning instruments. There is a difference between sharply turning head again and again towards opposite directions and simply scanning other parts of scenery while maneuvering. I never said no one pans their head in flight, I said no one pans their head like that. PC specs: i5-12400F, RTX 3070 Ti and 32 GB of RAM. Of course they have their own priorities and goals for the future, i just hope that now the Xbox release is out the way they can fully concentrate on fixing the glaring issues and adding a lot of QoL improvements. Those of us who have a pretty sensitive TrackIR setup however... Thanks for the link. Voted. I'm sure Asobo will offer a fix at some point. They've been great so far, just gotta be patient.
